The 2024 placement season at the KJ Somaiya Institute of Management has commenced on a positive note. As of now, an impressive 98% of the batch has already secured placement offers. Notably, the highest salary offered to a student reached INR 28.25 lakhs per annum, underlining the strong employment prospects for graduates.

Moreover, there has been a notable increase in the average salary from INR 10.98 lakhs per annum in 2022 to INR 12.28 lakhs per annum in 2023, reflecting the institute's commitment to enhancing career opportunities for its students. This upward trajectory is certainly encouraging for aspiring professionals.

The KJ Somaiya placement 2024 drive witnessed active participation from 148 recruiters, including the addition of 40 new recruiters, which is indicative of the institute's growing network of industry partnerships. Prominent organizations such as ITC Limited, Airtel, Amazon, Bisleri, EY, and Mercedes Benz were among the esteemed recruiters who engaged with KJ Somaiya students during the placement process.

In addition to full-time placements, KJ Somaiya also initiated the summer internship placement drive for the 2022-24 batch. Remarkably, 93% of the batch has already secured internship offers, further underscoring the institute's commitment to fostering practical learning experiences. The highest stipend offered for these internships reached an impressive INR 1.08 lakhs per month, while the average stipend stood at a commendable INR 35,506 per month. These figures reflect the strong industry ties and opportunities available to students at KJ Somaiya Institute of Management.
