BITSAT Registration 2024: Application Process, Fee, Steps to Apply

BITSAT Registration 2024: The BITSAT application form and the official notification have been released on the official website. The registration process for BITSAT 2024 (session 1) was started on January 14, 2024. Students can fill out their application form till April 16, 2024, earlier the last date to fill out the registration form was April 11.

As per the released notification, the BITSAT 2024 session 1 exams are scheduled to be conducted from May 19 to 24, 2024, whereas the session 2 exam will be held betweem June 22 to 26, 2024. Those candidates who are interested in applying for the entrance exams can fill out their application forms by visiting the official website - bitsadmission.com. 

The Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test (BITSAT) is administered and conducted by the reputed BITS Pilani colleges located in Pilani, Goa, Hyderabad, and Dubai. BITSAT Registration 2024

As discussed above, there are two sessions for the BITSAT exam (Session 1 and 2) and registration for both of them can be done online. Although, the fee structure for them differs. Applicants cannot only attempt the second session directly, as to be eligible for it, appearing for the first session is mandatory.

BITSAT Registration 2024: Steps to Apply

Interested students will be required to fill up the application form in order to successfully register for the exam. The steps to complete the registration process are mentioned below:

1. Visit the official website and select the “BITSAT Registration” option
2. After reading the provided instructions, select “Allow Me To Apply Online”
3. Provide the asked details such as contact, DOB, Name, etc
4. Next, the application form will appear wherein students will need to enter their academic details and preferred program
5. They will also need to select any 3 preferred exam centre locations
6. After filling out the application form, cross-check it and then select the “Confirm and Submit Details” option
7. Candidates will then be asked to upload their documents
8. The last step would be to pay the BITSAT exam fee

BITSAT Registration 2024: Form Correction Process

After the completion of the registration process, candidates will be given the opportunity to modify their application form. The form correction window will be opened on the official portal. The steps to form correction process are as follows:

• Visit the official website
• select the "edit application form" option
• Enter the designated registration ID and password 
• The application form will be visible on the screen
• Edit and make the needed changes 
• After a thorough cross-check, submit the form again

What happens if students forget their BITSAT registration ID?

It is possible to misplace or forget one’s application ID number which may cause errors and issues. In such a situation, students are advised to visit the official website to revive their registration numbers. Once on the site, students need to select the “Forget Application Number” option after which they will be asked to enter their contact details. A new registration number will be sent to the registered mobile number or email address.

BITSAT 2024 Required Documents

While filling out the BITSAT application form, students will be asked to submit some documents in order to complete the registration process. All the attached documents should be scanned and the only accepted format will be JPG/JPEG. These documents will include:

• Student's recent photograph: Between 50-100 KB
• Students signature: 10-50 kb
• Scanned copy of the class 10th and 12th mark sheet
• Any other valid mark sheet or document to prove the merit

BITSAT Fee 2024

The last step, and also one of the most important steps is to pay the BITSAT exam fee. Failing to pay the fee will eliminate the student from the registration process.
