CMAT 2026: Dates, Answer Key, Result, Scorecard, Cutoff, Eligibility

CMAT 2026 exam is expected to be conducted in January 2026 in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. NTA will announce the schedule on the website - exams.nta.ac.in.

CMAT 2026: The Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) registration 2026 started on October 17, 2025, in online mode. The last date to submit the CMAT application form is November 17, 2025 (till 11:50 PM). However, the last date for payment of the application fee is November 18, 2025. Candidates applying for the CMAT 2026 exam will be required to do corrections in the application form from November 20 to 22, 2025. 

The National Testing Agency (NTA) is likely to conduct the Common Management Admission Test in January 2026. The test will be conducted for a duration of 3 hours in online mode. The complete exam schedule for the 2026 session will be available on the official website, exams.nta.ac.in/CMAT.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducts the CMAT exam for admission to management programs in all AICTE-affiliated colleges and institutes. Aspirants must fulfil the CMAT eligibility criteria released by NTA before registering for the exam. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised university or institute to appear for the exam. 

Candidates preparing for the CMAT exam must be aware of the exam pattern & syllabus. As per the CMAT exam pattern 2026, there are five sections in the question paper, each carrying 20 questions: Quant & DI, Logical Reasoning, VARC, General Knowledge, and Innovation & Entrepreneurship. CMAT Eligibility Criteria 2026

Students who wish to apply for the CMAT 2026 exam must fulfil the eligibility criteria. As per the CMAT eligibility criteria:

  • Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised university
  • Students must have 50% marks in their graduation; 45% marks required for SC/ST/PwD candidates
  • There is no age limit to apply for the CMAT 2026 exam
  • Only Indian citizens can apply for the exam
