CMAT 2024: Dates, Eligibility Criteria, Syllabus, Pattern, Result

CMAT 2024 Exam: The National Testing Agency (NTA) successfully conducted the CMAT 2024 examination on May 15, in the online mode. NTA will soon release the CMAT 2024 result on exams.nta.ac.in/CMAT. Students can expect the results in the month of May 2024. However, official confirmation regarding the date is still awaited. Once released, students will be able to check their CMAT result 2024 by visitng the official website and logging in through their credentials.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducts the CMAT exam 2024 in computer-based test (CBT) mode for admission to management programs in various colleges and institutes.  Aspirants must fulfil the CMAT eligibility criteria released by NTA to appear for the exam. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised university or institute to appear for the exam. There is no age limit to apply for the CMAT 2024 exam.

After the declaration of CMAT result 2024, participating colleges will release the cutoff list. Based on the cutoff score, students are invited to the Group Discussion & Interview round. The final list is released separately by participating colleges based on the performance of candidates in the written examination and GD/Interview rounds. Top institutes like Great Lakes Chennai, SIMSREE, and JBIMS require a CMAT score of above 98 percentile for MBA admission.

CMAT 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Students who wish to apply for the CMAT 2024 exam must fulfil the eligibility criteria. As per CMAT 2024 eligibility criteria:

• Candidates must have a bacherlor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised university
• Students must have 50% marks in their graduation; 45% marks required for SC/ST/PwD candidates
• There is no age limit to apply for the CMAT 2024 exam
• Only Indian citizens can apply for the exam

CMAT Syllabus 2024

The National Testing Agency (NTA) releases the CMAT syllabus on its official website. The syllabus includes various topics & sub-topics from five subjects: Quantitative Techniques & Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, Language Comprehension, General Awareness, and Innovation & Entrepreneurship. CMAT 2024 Result

NTA releases the CMAT 2024 result on its official website after the successful conclusion of the exam. Candidates who appeared for the exam can check their results using their roll number and other credentials. NTA releases the CMAT scorecard which contains the section-wise score and total score obtained by candidates in the exam. 

After the release of the result, participating colleges will separately release the CMAT cutoff for MBA admission. Top institutes offer admission to the MBA course to candidates who have a percentile in the range of 98-100. To score above the 99% percentile, students must have a CMAT score of above 330-340 marks.
