TS EAMCET Exam 2026: Result (OUT), Final Answer Key, Provisional Answer Key, Response Sheet

TS EAMCET Exam 2026: The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has released the TS EAMCET 2026 Result for both the Engineering and Agriculture & Pharmacy streams in online mode on its official website, eapcet.tgche.ac.in on May 17, 2026. The result has been declared via an official press conference. As per the official data, a total of 1,44,704 candidates have qualified in the Engineering stream out of 1,97,241 who appeared. The pass percentage for the same has been reported to be at 73.36%. The Agriculture & Pharmacy reported a higher pass percentage of 86.27% as a total of 73,294 qualified out of 84,954 candidates who appeared in the entrance exam. The authority has also released the Master Question Paper with the Final answer key and Rank Card along with the results. 

TSCHE earlier released the provisional answer key and response sheet on May 11, 2026, for the Agriculture & Pharmacy stream and on May 12, 2026, for the Engineering stream. Candidates could access and download their answer key and response sheet for the Engineering stream from May 12, 2026, 11:00 AM to May 14, 2026, 11:00 AM and for the Agriculture & Pharmacy stream from May 11, 2026, 11:30 AM to May 13, 2026, 11:30 AM. Students who wished to challenge the provisional answer key could submit their objections within the stipulated timeline. The objection window for the Engineering stream remained open till May 14, 2026, 11:00 AM, while for the Agriculture & Pharmacy stream, objections could be submitted till May 13, 2026, 11:00 AM.

The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) successfully conducted the TS EAPCET Exam 2026 for the Engineering stream from May 9 to May 11, 2026. The exam was held in two shifts - Forenoon (09:00 AM to 12:00 PM) and Afternoon (03:00 PM to 06:00 PM) across the state. The council has successfully carried out the exams for Agriculture and Pharmacy on May 4 and 5, 2026. The TS EAMCET 2026 Admit Card, was already released on April 27, 2026. Students who were registered for the engineering exam could download their admit cards using their login credentials. 

The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) conducts the TS EAMCET exam every year for admission to engineering, agriculture, and medical courses in different colleges in Telangana. The examination is conducted in online mode. The last date for TS EAMCET Registration 2026 was April 4, 2026. Candidates who desire to enrol in any of the engineering and agriculture/medical programs must meet the TS EAMCET Eligibility Criteria 2026. Students who meet the eligibility criteria can only fill out the TS EAMCET Application Form 2026.

TS EAMCET Result 2026

After the successful conclusion of the exam, TSCHE released the TS EAMCET Result 2026 on May 17, 2026. Candidates must obtain a minimum qualifying mark of 25% to pass the exam. Only qualified candidates are included in the rank list by TSCHE. The TS EAMCET result has been released by TSCHE on its official website. Candidates who pass the exam are included in the rank list. Candidates must score a minimum qualifying mark to pass the exam. The minimum qualifying marks for general category students is 25% (40 marks out of 160). Students must note that there is no minimum qualifying mark for reserved category students. 

What is the TS EAMCET Exam 2026?

The TS EAMCET exam is a state-level entrance examination conducted by the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) in an online mode. The examination is conducted for eligible candidates aspiring to take admission into one of the engineering, agriculture, and medical courses. The examination is conducted for admission to only Telangana-based colleges.

The TS EAMCET admit card is released separately for both the engineering and pharmacy exams. Only candidates who successfully fill out the application form received the admit card. The admit card could be downloaded using the registration number and date of birth. The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) releases the application form on its official website. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can fill out the application form. To complete the application form, students must correctly fill out personal and academic details, upload relevant documents, and pay the application fee.

TS EAMCET Eligibility Criteria 2026

Candidates wishing to appear for the TS EAMCET exam must meet the eligibility criteria. Students failing to meet the eligibility criteria will be disqualified from the exam selection process. Hence, applicants must verify their eligibility before applying for the exam. Interested applicants can check the eligibility criteria below:

Education Qualification

• Candidates must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology from a recognised board/institution.
• Aspirants must have a minimum 45% marks in relevant subjects in order to be eligible for the exam. Students from the reserved category must have a minimum of 40% in relevant subjects.
• Candidates who have passed or are in the final year of a diploma in engineering are also eligible to apply for the exam.

Age Limit Criteria

• Candidates must be 16 years of age as of December 31 of the year of admission.
• There is no upper age limit.
• In the case of B.Tech. (Dairy Technology), B.Tech. (Ag. Engineering), and B.Tech. (FT), the candidate must be 17 years old. The maximum age limit is 22 years for general category students and 25 years for reserved category students.

Nationality

• Candidate must be an Indian Citizen
• To qualify for local status, the candidate must be a resident of Telangana/Andhra Pradesh.

TS EAMCET Syllabus 2026

Preparing for an exam requires an understanding of the syllabus. The syllabus outlines important topics and subtopics from which questions are asked in the examination. The TS EAMCET syllabus includes subjects like Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics/Biology for admission to engineering & agriculture/medical programs. To cover the syllabus comprehensively, candidates can start from Class XI & Class XII NCERT books. Once done with the NCERT books, candidates can move to the standard books.

TS EAMCET Answer Key 2026

The TS EAMCET Answer Key will be released by the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) after the successful conclusion of the exam. The answer key released before the result is provisional in nature. In other words, candidates can challenge the answer key if they are not satisfied with the answer provided in the answer key. Students can raise objections against the TS EAPCET answer key using their login credentials.

Along with the answer key, TSCHE also releases the response sheet on its official website. The response sheet contains the answers marked by the candidate.

TS EAMCET Final Answer Key 2026

The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) releases the final answer key along with the result on its official website. The final answer key is not subjected to challenges by the candidate.

TS EAMCET Normalisation

TSCHE uses a normalisation strategy to eliminate unfairness because the exam is administered in various shifts. The normalisation approach aids in removing the disadvantage for applicants who took a test during a difficult shift.

TS EAMCET Counselling 2026

After a candidate passes the exam, TS EAMCET counselling is held. Applicants who qualify for the counselling round must sign up on the website. They are contacted for the document verification and choice filling and locking procedure once they register. Selected applicants must report to the assigned college when the seat allocation results are released. It must be noted that admission is confirmed only after the candidate pays the admission fee.

TS EAMCET Spot Admission 2026

TSCHE conducts spot admission in case the seats remain vacant after the admission process is completed. Spot admission is conducted for those candidates who have qualified for the TS EAMCET exam and have not been allotted a seat in the counselling process. The eligibility criteria to appear for spot admission may vary as per the participating institute and the course for which the seat has remained vacant.

TS EAMCET Cutoff 2026

TSCHE releases the TS EAMCET cutoff after each round of the counselling process. The cutoff is released in the form of opening and closing ranks for different participating institutes. There are various factors that determine the cutoff. Total number of vacant seats, total number of students appeared in the examination, and the difficulty level of the paper are some of the few.
