IBSAT Exam 2025 - The ICFAI Business School has officially released the IBS Aptitude Test (IBSAT) 2025 result on December 30, 2025. Candidates can now check and download the result-cum-scorecard by entering their valid application number and password from the official website - ibsindia.org. The IBSAT exam 2025 was conducted on December 27 and 28, 2025. Now that the IBSAT 2025 result are out, candidates who have qualified the exam will move to the next stage of the selection process which is Micro presentation and Personal Interview (PI). The IBS selection process will take place from February 14 to 22, 2026. 

The IBSAT registration 2025 strated on July 1, 2025 and the last date to fill out the application form was December 19, 2025. The IFCAI Business school conducts IBSAT exam 2025 for admission to MBA programs. IBSAT is a proctored online aptitude test that aims to assess the applicant’s abilities in quantitative techniques, data interpretation, data adequacy, vocabulary, analytical reasoning, and reading comprehension.

Candidates preparing for the MBA entrance exam must be aware of the IBSAT syllabus and exam pattern. IBSAT Eligibility Criteria 2025

Candidates must meet the eligibility requirements to apply for the IBSAT exam. The following criteria must be fulfilled by aspirants is given below: 

• Candidates must have completed graduation with a minimum 50% marks.
• The medium of instruction should be English during graduation
• Applicants must have also completed at least 15 years of education (10+2+3). 
• Candidates in the final year of graduation can also apply for IBSAT 2025. However, they must have completed their graduation requirements (including practical examinations/viva/assignments) before May 31, 2025.
• Candidates not meeting the eligibility criteria of English medium in graduation have to submit the TOEFL/ NELT/ IELTS score by May 31, 2025.
• The eligibility criteria must be checked from August 2025 onwards. Candidates are solely responsible for ensuring they meet the eligibility criteria.

IBSAT Registration 2025

The IBSAT application form is released for all IBS Campuses - Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Dehradun, Jaipur, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Pune. The application forms for IBSAT are out and can be filled out till the third week of December 2025. The steps to apply for IBSAT exam 2025 are as follows: 

• Visit the application portal and complete the registration details
• Enter your personal information and contact details
• Upload documents wherever required
• Click on the submit button to proceed to the payment page
• Pay the application fee of INR 1800
• After successful payment, candidates will receive the confirmation mail on their registered email address.

IBSAT Admit Card 2025

The ICFAI Business School has released the IBSAT admit card 2025 on the official website - ibsindia.org. The IBSAT 2025 exam was conducted on December 27 and 28, 2025. Candidates who have successfully registered for the IBSAT exam were able to download the hall tickets from the official website of the institute. 

IBSAT Exam Pattern 2025

Through official notification, ICFAI has released the IBSAT 2025 exam pattern. The same is given in the table below: 

• There are a total of 140 questions in the IBSAT exam
• Each question carries 1 mark
• There is no negative marking in the exam

The ICFAI Business School has officially decalred the IBSAT 2025 result on December 30, 2025. Candidates can now check and download their result from the official website -ibsindia.org. The result is released in the form of a scorecard containing the total marks and rank obtained by candidates. The IBSAT 2025 exam was conducted on December 27 and 28, 2025. Aspirants who have qualified the IBSAT exam 2025 have to participate in the further stages of the selection process that is the Micro presentation and Personal Interview. The IBSAT 2025 selection process will take place from February 14 to 22, 2026. 

IBSAT Selection Process

After the IBSAT exam is conducted, selected candidates are called for a Micro Presentation and Personal Interview. The detailed process is given below: 

A Micro-Presentation in the selection process involves a brief talk where candidates showcase their communication and presentation skills, as well as their ability to think quickly. Candidates choose one topic from three options and have a total of 4 minutes: 1 minute for preparation and 3 minutes for the presentation.

The Personal Interview is a crucial part of the selection process, lasting 5-7 minutes per candidate. The interview panel assesses the candidate's attitude and aspirations, general knowledge, communication skills, clarity of thought and expression, and aptitude for a career in management.
