IIT Bombay Placement 2023 Latest Update: For the academic year 2023-24, the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT Bombay) wrapped up its phase 1 placement cycle with participation from 388 organizations, both domestic and international. Within this phase, 85 job offers boasted a CTC exceeding Rs 1 crore per annum. The phase 1 placements showcased an average annual salary of Rs 24.02 lakh, a rise from the previous year's average of Rs 21.82 lakh.

By December 20, 2023, IIT Bombay students secured a total of 1,340 job offers, leading to 1,188 successful placements. Notably, seven students landed roles in public sector units (PSUs). Among the 297 pre-placement offers (PPOs) stemming from internships, 258 were accepted.

Furthermore, students were presented with 63 international job opportunities spanning locations such as Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, the Netherlands, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
