NEET application form 2024: NEET UG application form is the first step for a candidate to start their medical career journey. The application form is released on the official webiste. The NTA will release the NEET 2024 official notification which will consist of the NEET application form dates. Meanwhile, NTA has also released the NEET exam dates 2024. As per the details, the NEET Exam 2024 will be held on May 05, 2023.
Before filling the application form, candidates should check the NEET UG eligibility and if they fulfil the eligibility, then they are eligible to appear for the examination. The application form consists of several steps including filling in the information, uploading the documents and submitting the application fees. Apart from the NEET UG dates, the NTA has also announced the exam dates of exams including JEE Main, CUET UG, and ICAR AIEEA.
NEET Application Form 2024
NEET application form 2024 will be made available by the National Testing Agency on its official website. Filling the application form is the first step that candidates take in order to appear for the examination. Once the NEET application procedure is finished, candidates will be given an opportunity to make any necessary adjustments or corrections.
The NEET application fees increased from INR 1,700 to INR 1,600 this year. The cost of the NEET UG exam in 2024 varies depending on the type of category the candidate belongs to. Further, those candidates who successfully fill the application form will be eligible to get the NEET admit card. Further, the NTA has already released the NEET UG admit card on the official website. Steps to Fill NEET Application Form
Once the application form is released, students can fill it in the application form by following these simple steps.
Step 1: Registration

Step 3: Upload scanned images
→Click on “Upload your recent documents”
→ Select the files to be uploaded
→ Click on “Next”
Step 4: Make Payment
Choose the preferred payment method (SBI, Syndicate, HDFC, ICICI, Paytm Payment Gateway using Debit Card, Credit Card, Net-Banking, or UPI).
Step 5: Print Confirmation
The completed NEET application form and confirmation slip should be saved and printed.
