BSEB Class 12th Exam 2025: Admit Card, Dates, Pattern & Syllabus

BSEB Inter Exam 2025: The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) will release the schedule for BSEB 12th Exam 2025 on the official website - biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in. The Board has not released any dates for exam session 2024-25 as of now. Once released, candidates can download the official BSEB 12th date sheet in PDF format. In the previous session, the Bihar Board class 12th exams were conducted from February 1 to February 12, 2024. 

The board has released the dummy registration cards for students appearing in the BSEB Inter Exam 2025 in the online mode. As per the information released, students who have registered for the exam can download the dummy registration card and make necessary changes through the official website - secondary.biharboardonline.com. Students will be required to enter their application number and password to download the dummy registration card. Any corrections in the details provided by the candidates can be done till August 28, 2024. 

The BSEB Class 12 exam is conducted annually and it is held in pen-and-paper format. Candidates must know that they cannot fill the application form by themselves, only school authorities can do it. Upon the completion of the annual board exams, students can check and download their mark sheets through the official website - biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in. Once declared, students need to enter their roll number and security captcha code in the login window to check the results. 

In the last session, the board officials announced the BSEB Inter result through a press conference on March 23, 2024.  As per the data released, a total of 13,04,352 students appeared for the intermediate (class 12) exam, of them, 6,26,431 were girls and 6,77,921 were boys. The exams were held in 1,523 exam centres across the state. 

Bihar Board issued the special exams dates for class 12th students on April 6, 2024. The BSEB Inter compartment exams were held from April 29 to May 11, 2024.

Bihar Board Class 12 Admit Card 2025

The Bihar board will release the BSEB class 12 admit card in online mode. Only school administrators can download and distribute hall tickets to the registered students. They are advised to go through all the details mentioned on it carefully after downloading the admit cards. Students are mandated to carry their admit cards on the day of the examination. 

Bihar Board Class 12 Syllabus 2025

The Bihar board prescribes the BSEB class 12 syllabus. The syllabus is released on the official website in the PDF format. It is advised that candidates should thoroughly check the BSEB Class 12 syllabus to know which subjects each stream has. Candidates must note that the BSEB class 12 has 3 different streams including Arts, Science, and Commerce. 

Although there are usually no changes to the BSEB class 12 exam syllabus, if there are, students will be notified via the official website. Bihar Board 12th Exam Pattern 2025 

The Bihar board issued the BSEB class 12 exam pattern on its official website. Furthermore, the main goal of the BSEB class 12 exam pattern is to provide candidates with information such as the duration of the exam, whether the exam has a negative marking, the mode of examination, and other pertinent details. 

Candidates should be apprised that the BSEB Class 12 test is divided into two sections: theory and practical. Furthermore, the passing marks for theory and practice are not the same. In addition, each stream's marking system is divided into two sections, and candidates must pass each section with the required passing marks. Also, candidates should be aware that BSEB 12th exams contain 50% MCQ questions. Those topics that include both theory and practice, on the other hand, will only have 35 MCQ in the theory test. The exam will last 3 hours and 15 minutes.

The BSEB class 12 passing marks refer to the marks that candidates need to score to qualify for the BSEB class 12 exam 2025. In addition, the BSEB class 12 exam is divided into two sections. BSEB Class 12 Compartment Exam 2025 

BSEB also conducts the class 12th compartment exam for those students who failed any subject in the annual exam. To get the passing certificate students are required to re-appear for that particular subject.

Bihar Board 12th Exam 2024

In the last academic session, more than 13 lakh students appeared for the exam out of which 11.26 lakh students qualified in the inter exams. The Bihar Board Inter exams 2024 were concluded by the Bihar board on February 12. BSEB released the BSEB Class 12th Results 2024 on March 23, 2024. A total of 12,91,684 students appeared for the examination out of which 11,26,439 qualified in the examination. Out of 11,26,439 qualified candidates, female candidates were 6,26,431, whereas 6,77,921 male candidates qualified in the examination.  

A total of 85.5 percent of male candidates qualified for the exam, whereas the pass percentage of girls was 82.01. With this, the total pass percentage of for the BSEB Class 12th exam 2024 stood at 87.21%.
