Amrita University is currently accepting applications for B.Tech admission 2024. Eligible candidates can register for the entrance exam till January 02, 2024. The AEEE 2024 exam will be conducted in two phases. The first phase is scheduled from January 19 to January 22, 2024. The registration for the second phase of AEEE 2024 will be closed on April 30, 2024. The exam will be conducted from May 10 to May 14, 2024.

Amrita University: Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham (often known as Amrita University) is a private deemed university based in Coimbatore, India. With its headquarters in Ettimadai, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, the institution now includes 7 campuses and 16 constituent schools spread across the Indian states of Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka. The institution was established when Mata Amritanandamayi Devi inaugurated the Amrita School of Engineering in Coimbatore in 1994. It is now run by Mata Amritanandamayi Math, her global humanitarian organization. It was one of the youngest institutions to receive the UGC's accreditation with grade A as a deemed-to-be university in 2003.

The NABH has approved Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences for accreditation. Amrita is the first university teaching hospital in the nation to receive NABH accreditation. Additionally, the medical institute has received NABL certification for all of its laboratories. The institute is also ranked 16th by NIRF Ranking 2022 (Overall).

Currently, 207 undergraduate, graduate, doctoral, integrated, dual-degree, and certification programmes in engineering, management, humanities and the social sciences, medicine, and the life sciences are available through AVV. The three most popular courses of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham are BTech, MTech, and MBA. Candidates for the BTech programme are required to take the JEE Main or AEEE entrance test. GATE/PGCET/TANCET/PGECET results are used to determine admission to the MTech programme. MBA admissions are evaluated based on CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, GMAT, and GRE marks.

Every year, the university's placement cell holds a placement session for every batch of students. Over 200 companies participated during the placement drive 2022 held by Amrita University. The institute admits students to several of its programs through national level entrance examinations that are requisite for the course. • Candidates seeking admission to any of the above programmes are required to take the CAP TEST.

AVV Coimbatore B.Tech Admission

• Appear for the JEE Main or AEEE examination and obtain a valid score
• The merit list will be released by the institution based on which students will be called for the counselling round.
• After the counselling round which involves documents verification, selected candidates are requested to submit their admission fee.

AVV Coimbatore MBA Admission

• Appear for CAT/XAT/MAT/CMAT exams and obtain a valid score
• Fill out the AVV Coimbatore MBA application form and fill in your scores obtained in the entrance examination you took along with other academic details.
• Based on your entrance exams marks and past academic records, you will be called for the Personal Interview round.
• The final merit list will be released after the interview round based on which students will be offered admission.

• Candidates seeking admission to the M.Tech program are required to take the GATE/TANCET/PGECET and obtain a valid score.
• Apply for the M.Tech admission at the institute by filling out the application form.
• Students will be contacted, if shortlisted, for the interview round.
• Final merit list is released after the PI round.
• Submit the fees and confirm your admission.

AVV Coimbatore PhD Admission

• Candidates seeking admission to the PhD program must have a valid score in UGC NET/JRF, CSIR NET, SLET or GATE examination.
• If a candidate does not have a valid score in aforementioned exams, they are required to take the institute’s entrance examination.
• Selected candidates are required to appear for the Personal Interview round.
• Following the interview round, the final merit list is released

AVV Coimbatore Scholarship

The institute offers scholarships to engineering students based on guidelines of AICTE. The scholarship details are given below:

• Scholarships are available to both GATE and non-GATE students.
• AICTE has authorized all of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham's M. Tech. programs for GATE scholarships. GATE qualifying applicants are all eligible for a Post Graduate Scholarship of Rs. 12,400/- each month.
• Students who have not taken the GATE test are eligible to apply for merit or endowment scholarships offered for different programs.
• Endowment Scholarship is available for 10 programs (Scholarships will be awarded to the top 40% of qualified students in "each" program.)
• MERIT Scholarships are applicable for 25 programs or (the top 30% of qualified students in "each" program will be awarded a scholarship).
