KCET Application Form 2025: The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) will start the application process for KEA KCET exam in online mode. As per past year's trends, it is expected that the officials will release the KCET application form 2025 in January 2025. Once released, eligible and interested candidates will be able to fill out their registration form through the official website - cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.

Last year, the Karnataka UGCET exam was conducted from April 18 and 19, 2024. Candidates who fulfill the KCET eligibility criteria can fill out the online application form online. Candidates must note that the KCET application fees will vary for different categories. For the Karnataka Origin Candidates (General & OBC), the fees is Rs 500/-. Whereas for the Karnataka Origin Candidates (ST & SC), the fees is Rs 250/-. Candidates who reside outside of Karnataka and wish to appear for the entrance exam will have to pay Rs 750/- as the application fees. While candidates from outside of India will be required to pay an application fees of Rs 5000/-.

Candidates who successfully submit the KCET 2025 application form will receive the KCET admit card 2025 a few days before the commencement of the exam. Candidates can download their admit cards by visiting the official KEA website.

Candidates can go through the steps to know how to fill out the KCET application form 2025 online. Check the image of the application window below for reference. 

• Visit the official website of KEA (Karnataka Examinations Authority)
• Click on the “UGCET - 2025 Online Application Link”
• Next, click on the “New User” link and register yourself 
• Enter the required details like your name, address, educational qualifications etc. in the online registration form 
• Click on the “Submit” tab
• After successful registration, the candidate will receive an application number and user ID at their registered mobile number
• Candidate’s application number and user ID will also be displayed on their screen
• Next, log into the KEA website using your user ID and password and fill up the required details in the KCET application form 2025
• Candidates must fill the details in the KCET application form “tab-wise”, that is, one after the other
• These details will include general information, reservation details, RD details, educational details, declaration by the candidate and application fee payment
• In the RD details menu, candidates are required to upload the scanned images of their latest photograph, signature & left-hand thumb impression in the given fields
• After filling in the details, carefully review the KCET application form 
• If any edits are required, log into the candidate portal and make the changes
• If no edits are required, select the declaration and pay the requisite KCET application fee
• Pay the KCET application fees by selecting an appropriate payment gateway
• Take out the final printout of your KCET application form 2025 and keep it safe for future reference

KCET 2025 Application Form Correction Window

After filling out the KCET application form, candidates can edit the application form within the stipulated time. The schedule for KCET application form correction will be published on the official website of KEA. Candidates will be required to make changes in their KCET application form via online mode only. The steps to make corrections in their KCET 2025 application form are as follows:

• Go to the official website of KEA (Karnataka Examinations Authority)
• Click on the link for “ UG CET 2025 Online Application Edit” or a similar phrase
• Log into the website using your user ID and other required credentials
• Make changes in the required fields and click on the “Declare” button
• Save and submit the changes made in the application form by clicking on the “Submit” button 
• Lastly, take a printout of your edited KCET application form 2025
