KCET Application Form 2025: The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) commenced the application process for KEA KCET exam on January 23, in online mode. Eligible and interested candidates can fill out their registration form through the official website - cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.

As per the latest updates, the KEA extended the last date to apply for KCET exam 2025 to February 24. Candidates who have not registered yet for the entrance exam can submit their applications up to 11.59 pm. They can make the online payment of the application fees till February 25, 2025, (5.30 pm). This year, the Karnataka UGCET exam 2025 is scheduled to be conducted from April 16 and 17, 2025. KCET exam 2025 will be held on April 18, 2025. The medium of KCET exam will be English and Kannada.

Candidates must note that the KCET application fees will vary for different categories.  For the Karnataka Origin Candidates (General & OBC), the fees is Rs 500/-. Whereas for the Karnataka Origin Candidates (ST & SC), the fees is Rs 250/-. Candidates who reside outside of Karnataka and wish to appear for the entrance exam will have to pay Rs 750/- as the application fees. While candidates from outside of India will be required to pay an application fees of Rs 5000/-.

Candidates who successfully submit the KCET 2025 application form will receive the KCET admit card 2025 a few days before the commencement of the exam. Candidates must note that the admit card is the most important document that needs to be carried to the examination hall. Applicants can download their KCET admit card by visiting the official KEA website.

Candidates who wish to appear for KCET 2025 can apply at the official website. Given below are the steps to know how to fill out the KCET application form 2025 online.

Step 1: Visit the official website of KEA (Karnataka Examinations Authority) - cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea/

Step 2: Click on the “UGCET - 2025 Online Application Link”

Step 3: Next, click on the “New User” link and register 

Step 4: Enter the required details like your name, address, educational qualifications etc. in the online registration form 

Step 5: Click on the “Submit” button

Step 6: After successful registration, the candidate will receive an application number and user ID at their registered mobile number

Step 7: Candidate’s application number and user ID will also be displayed on their screen

Step 8: Next, log into the KEA website using your user ID and password and fill up the required details in the KCET application form 2025

Step 9: Candidates must fill the details in the KCET application form “tab-wise”, that is, one after the other. These details will include general information, reservation details, RD details, educational details, declaration by the candidate and application fee payment. In the RD details menu, candidates are required to upload the scanned images of their latest photograph, signature & left-hand thumb impression in the given fields

Step 10: After filling in the details, carefully review the KCET application form 2025. If any edits are required, log into the candidate portal and make the changes

Step 11: Select the declaration and pay the requisite KCET application fee

Step 12: Make the online payment of the Karnataka CET application fees by selecting an appropriate payment gateway

After filling out the KCET application form, if any candidate wants to make the corrections, they can edit the application form within the stipulated time given by the officials. The schedule for KCET application form correction will be published on the official website of KEA. The steps to make corrections in their KCET 2025 application form are as follows:

Step 1: Go to the official website of KEA (Karnataka Examinations Authority)

Step 2: Click on the link for “UG CET 2025 Online Application Edit” or a similar phrase

Step 3: Log into the website using your user ID and other required credentials

Step 4: Make changes in the required fields and click on the “Declare” button

Step 5: Save and submit the changes made in the application form by clicking on the “Submit” button
