KEAM Registration 2024: The Commissioner For Entrance Examinations (CEE) Kerala has released the KEAM 2024 application form on March 27, 2024. Eligible candidates can register for KEAM 2024 through the official CEE website till April 17, 2024. The official prospectus has been released on the official website of CEE Kerala. KEAM exam date is June 1-9, 2024.

Only the candidates who meet the KEAM Eligibility Criteria 2024 can apply for the entrance examination. It must be noted that a candidate’s application will be considered to be complete only after the payment of the registration fee. The KEAM registration fee will vary for different categories. It must be noted that candidates who do not belong to the SC/ST category will be considered as General category candidates. Candidates who choose ‘Dubai’ as their examination centre will have to pay an additional fee of Rs 12,000.

Candidates can pay the KEAM registration fee via online payment mode or via e-challan. After the submission of the online application form, candidates must take a printout of the application acknowledgment page. Candidates are required to secure the acknowledgment slip till the end of the KEAM 2024 admission process. Candidates who successfully submit their application form will then receive their KEAM Admit Card.

KEAM Registration 2024: Important Points

Candidates must be aware of the following important points with regard to the KEAM Registration 2024:

  • Candidates must apply for the KEAM exam before or on the last date for submission of KEAM application form 2024
  • It must be noted that candidates can submit the KEAM application form and the required documents only via online mode, that is, through the official website of CEE Kerala
  • Candidates must retain the application acknowledgment page of the online application form for future reference
  • Candidates are not required to send the application acknowledgment slip or any other document to the office of CEE Kerala
  • Any defects in the candidate’s online application form will be displayed on their candidate portal; these defects must be rectified by the candidate within the stipulated time period
  • Candidates must only submit a single application form for admission into one or multiple courses through KEAM 2024 exam
  • Candidates, except the ones that belong to SC/ST/OEC category, must upload the required income certificate while applying for any type of fee concession/scholarship

Documents Required for KEAM Registration 2024 

Candidates will be required to upload the following documents and certificates to successfully fill out their KEAM application form 2024:

  •  Proof of Nativity Certificate (compulsory)
  • SSLC or equivalent certificate (compulsory)
  • In case, the date of birth is not mentioned in the SSLC Certificates, the candidate should upload an equivalent certificate as proof of date of birth (compulsory)
  • Following students must upload a valid course certificate for getting weightage/reservation:

        - Final year Plus-two students who studied Sanskrit as a second language

        - Final year VHSE (Livestock Management), HSE (Dairy Farmer Entrepreneur course), HSE (Small Poultry Farmer course) and Final year VHSE (Agri.)course/ HSE (as per NSQF Agri. stream) students

        - Candidates who have already passed the above Plus-two/VHSE course must upload the mark list of the qualifying examination

  • Non-Creamy Layer Certificate for community reservation claims (in the case of SEBC/OEC candidates)
  • Community Certificate ( in the case of SC/ST candidates)
  • Reservation Certificates (if applicable)
  • Inter-Caste marriage certificate (if applicable)
  • Mark lists of all parts of the BSc. Degree Exam and Higher Secondary or equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as optional subjects (for candidates seeking admission to Medical courses)
  • Documents of Minority reservation (if applicable)
  • EWS Certificate  (if applicable)

Candidates must submit the relevant documents and certificates within the stipulated time period. Once the application window is closed, no such documents/certificates will be accepted by the examination authorities.

KEAM Registration 2024 Process

Candidates must complete the following five steps in order to successfully register for the KEAM 2024 entrance examination:

Step 1: Registration

  • Visit the official website of CEE Kerala
  • Click on the link for “KEAM Registration 2024”
  • Enter the required details
  • You will then receive a system-generated application number
  • Candidates will also have to create a strong password for their account
  • Candidates must remember their account password till the end of the KEAM 2024 admission process

Step 2: Fill out the Application Form

  • Candidates will have to fill in their personal, academic and other required details in the KEAM application form
  • Before the final submission, candidates must carefully review the application form by clicking on the ‘Save & Preview’ button
  • Next, click on the ‘Save & Finalise’ button to submit the application form
  • It must be noted that after the final submission, candidates will not be able to modify the KEAM application form

Step 3: Pay the Application Fee

The category-wise KEAM application fee has been mentioned in the table below. It must be noted that a candidate who does not belong to the SC/ST category will be considered a General category candidate.

E-Challan

  • E-challan generated after the online submission of the KEAM application form must be submitted to the designated post office in Kerala
  • After the payment of registration plus the processing fee, candidates must collect back their copy of the e-challan from the post office

After the successful payment of the KEAM application fees, via either of the two modes, the payment tab on the website will turn green. In case, a candidate has successfully paid the application fee but the payment tab has not turned green, the candidate must contact the concerned authorities and get the issue resolved immediately.

Candidates must also note that the application fee/additional fee is non-refundable.

Step 4: Upload Required Images and Documents

  • Candidates must upload the scanned images of their recent passport-size photograph and their signature in the JPEG format
  • Along with these images, candidates must also upload the required documents and certificates to support the claims they have made in the KEAM application form
  • Candidates must note that it is mandatory to upload the following documents:

       - Nativity proof 

       - Proof of date of birth 

       - Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) or equivalent certificate

Step 5: Print Application Acknowledgement Page

  • After completing all the above-mentioned steps, candidates must take a printout of their application acknowledgment page
  • Candidates must secure the application acknowledgment slip till the completion of the KEAM 2024 admission process
