The Selection criteria at XLRI involve XAT/GMAT exams and personal interviews for PGDM (BM) and PGDM (HRM). For PGDM (GM), candidates need to appear for XAT/GMAT/GRF and attend a personal interview. PGDM (IEV) course at XLRI’s shortlisting is based on academic record, work experience, statement of purpose, and personal interview. Fellowship program admissions require XAT, UGC-JRF/NET, and GMAT/GRE/GATE exams. The double master's program selection is based on XAT/GMAT/GRE scores and personal interviews.
