Xavier School of Management Jamshedpur (XLRI) offers a range of management focused programmes including full-time residential programmes, virtual or online programmes and fellow programmes. Currently, XLRI offers five residential programmes, namely, Postgraduate Diploma in General Management (PGDM-GM), Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDM-BM), Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDM-HRM), Postgraduate Diploma in Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Venture Development (PGDM-IEV) and Postgraduate Diploma in Logistic and Supply Chain Management (PGDM-LSCM). PGDM-LSCM is a double master programme in international collaboration with Rutgers University, US.

Online programmes of  XLRI Jamshedpur include PG Diplomas and PG Certificate programmes in many specializations. The institute also offers Fellow Programme and Executive Fellow Programme in Management. Admission to the majority of the programmes are based on the Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) scores. XAT is an aptitude exam conducted by XLRI Jamshedpur for selecting candidates for admission to XLRI and many other reputed B-schools of India.
