The Indian Institute of Technology Jodhpur’s (IIT Jodhpur) flagship B.Tech program offers nine specializations. Admission to the program requires a 10+2 certificate with a minimum of 75% marks. Seats are allocated based on JEE Advanced scores and a separate counseling process conducted by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA). In the 2021-2022 academic year, IIT Jodhpur admitted 1461 students (1214 males and 247 females) to its UG program.
IIT Jodhpur's B.Tech. tuition fee is INR 100,000 per semester for students with a family income above INR 5 lakh per annum. Students with a family income between INR 1 lakh and INR 5 lakh per annum pay INR 33,333 per semester, and students with a family income below INR 1 lakh per annum are exempt from paying tuition fees.
In addition to the B.Tech. program, admission to other programs at IIT Jodhpur requires a national-level entrance exam score (GATE, IIT JAM, or NET), followed by centralized counseling through COAP, CCMT, or JOAPS.

IIT Jodhpur B.Tech Admission 2024
IIT Jodhpur offers four-year bachelor's degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, and other disciplines. The minimum eligibility requirements are a 10+2 degree with at least 75% marks and a JEE Advanced scorecard. Admission is based on centralized COAP counseling.
To be eligible for the JEE Advanced exam, candidates must rank among the top 2,50,000 scorers in the B.E./B.Tech. paper of the JEE Main exam, regardless of category. The top 2,50,000 candidates from each category will be selected based on their performance on the B.E./B.Tech. paper. Seats will be allocated to candidates from different categories based on the following percentages: 10% for GEN-EWS, 27% for OBC-NCL, 15% for SC, 7.5% for ST, and 40.5% for OPEN for all. Within each category, 5% of seats are reserved for the PwD candidates.

IIT Jodhpur M.Tech Admission 2024
IIT Jodhpur offers two-year master's degrees in 12 specializations, including Biochemical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, and Bioscience and Bioengineering. It also offers a two-year Executive Master of Technology in Artificial Intelligence. To be admitted to any of these programs, candidates must have a bachelor's degree and a scorecard from a national-level exam (GATE) followed by COAP counselling.
IIT Jodhpur M.Sc Admission 2024
IIT Jodhpur offers two-year master's degrees in chemistry, physics, mathematics, and Digital Humanities. Admission is based on a bachelor's degree and an IIT JAM score. JOAPS counseling is used to allocate seats.
IIT Jodhpur Integrated M.Sc. + M.Tech. Admission 2024
IIT Jodhpur offers full-time and part-time M.Sc. + M.Tech. dual degrees in Data and Computational Sciences, and Physics-Materials Engineering. Applicants must have a bachelor's degree with at least 60% marks (for GEN/EWS/OBC candidates) or 55% marks (for SC/ST/PwD candidates), and an IIT JAM scorecard.
