UP Board 10th Result 2024: The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has announced the UP board matric result today, April 20, 2024. Students who appeared for the annual board exams can check and download their marksheets through the official websites - upmsp.edu.in and upresults.nic.in.

As per the released data, this year, the overall pass percentage for high school students stood at 89.55 per cent. Prachi Nigam has topped the UP Board High School exams this year.

The board officials conducted the UP Board class 10th exams from February 22 to March 9, 2024. To check the results, students need to enter the necessary details such as roll number and date of birth in the result login window. Students must note that the results are provisional in nature and the final mark sheet can be accessed from the respective school authorities.

The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has released the UP 10th Board result 2024 at upmsp.edu.in. The result can be checked by candidates using their roll number and name. The board will release the marksheet containing the subject-wise and total marks obtained by candidates. The marksheet will also display the passing status of the student.

UPMSP Class 10 Result 2024: How to check online 

Students can follow the below-given steps to know how to download the UP Board class 10th result 2024 online:

Step 1: Visit the official website of UPMSP

Step 2: On the left-hand side of the homepage, click on Result (Parikshafal)

Step 3: Upon clicking the above link, a screen will appear where you will find a link on the top of the page that says High School (Class X) Result 2024. Click on the said link.

Step 4: Now, enter details like district, year, and roll number

Step 5: Click on View Result after entering all the required details

Step 6: The UPMSP class 10th result will appear on your screen

Step 7: Take a printout of the result and save it for future reference

UP Board 10th Result 2024: Grading System

The UP board will award the grades to students based on marks obtained by them in different subjects. The grade range is from A1 to E2, A1 being the highest and E2 being the lowest. As per the rules set by UPMSP, students must bring 33% marks overall and individually in order to pass the board examination. Meanwhile, interested candidates can check the grade table below:

UPMSP 10th Board Result 2024: Re-evaluation of Marks

The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) also offers the opportunity to candidates to reevaluate their marks if they are not satisfied with them. Interested candidates can check the steps below to make a request for reevaluation below:

• Visit the official website of UPMSP
• On the left-hand side of the homepage, click on Result (Parikshafal)
• A screen will appear where you can find the link that says High School Answer Sheet Scrutiny
• Click on the link and enter details like roll number, date of birth, subject, and other information as required
• Submit the details

Note: The UP Board 10th reevaluation result will be likely released in May 2024. No changes in marks will be entertained by the board after the declaration of the reevaluation result.

UPMSP 10th Compartment Exams 2024

The board also conducts the compartment examination if a student is failed in one or two subjects. The compartment exam schedule will be released by UPMSP on the official website. As of now, it is tentatively to be held in May/June 2024. 

It should be noted that the compartment examination is only for those candidates who received a failing grade in a maximum of two subjects. A candidate must retake the examination the following year if they receive failing grades in more than two subjects. The application to apply for the compartment examination will be released soon on the official website.
