CBSE 12th Result 2024: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is expected to release the CBSE 12th Result 2024 in May 2024. Students can check their results by visiting the official website and clicking on the result link. In order to access the CBSE 12th result 2024, students will have to enter their roll number, school number and admit card ID on the board's website. Students can also check their results via the DigiLocker application. For the 2023 CBSE 12th board exams, the overall passing percentage for class 12 is 87.33% which is better than the passing percentage of 2019 (83.40%). As per the board's usual practise, no merit list has been released by the board in order to avoid unhealthy competition among the students.
Schools, students, and their parents can check the class 12 results online by logging into the official website. In order to log into the CBSE’s website, students will have to enter the required details like their roll number, school ID, date of birth, etc. Students must note that the online CBSE 12th mark sheets which the board will release on the day of the result, are provisional in nature. Overall Pass Percentage
This year, the overall pass percentage has been 87.3% whereas the previous year, the overall pass percentage was 92.7%. Thus, in 2023, the overall pass percentage dipped by 5.38% as compared to 2022.
Gender-Wise Pass Percentage
This year, the pass percentage for girls has been 90.68% and for boys, it has been 84.67%. From this, we can infer that the girls have performed better than the boys by 6.01%.
