Indian Institute of Technology Jammu (IIT Jammu) Admission 2024: The Indian Institute of Technology Jammu (IIT Jammu) provides a diverse range of undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs in fields such as engineering, science, humanities, and social sciences, supported by a faculty team of over 100 members and a student body exceeding 1300.

IIT Jammu selects students through a combination of entrance exam scores and subsequent interviews. For undergraduate courses, candidates are evaluated based on their JEE Advanced results. Meanwhile, for postgraduate and research studies, admissions rely on national-level tests like IIT JAM, GATE, UGC, CSIR-NET, NBHM, and Inspire.

IIT Jammu B.Tech. and MBA Admission 2024

IIT Jammu's undergraduate programs allocate 20% of seats (segmented by category) specifically for the dual-degree initiative with IIM Jammu. This unique pathway encompasses a four-year B.Tech degree from IIT Jammu followed by a two-year MBA from IIM Jammu. Students have the option to transition to the MBA program at IIM Jammu upon completing their third year at IIT Jammu, bypassing the need for the CAT exam, provided they maintain a minimum CGPA of 7.0. This initiative aligns with the principles of the NEP 2020, promoting a more integrated and collaborative approach in higher education.
