WBJEE 2026 Application Form: The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) will release the application form for WBJEE exam 2026 on the official website at wbjeeb.nic.in along with the notification. Once the application form is released candidates can register themselves for the WBJEE exam 2026. The WBJEEB conducts the WBJEE exam for aspirants who wish to take admission to engineering/pharmacy courses in different colleges of West Bengal.

To fill out the application form, fulfilling the WBJEE eligibility criteria is important. Students who fail to meet the eligibility criteria can be rejected at any stage of the selection process. Candidates must be minimum 17 years of age (as of December 31, 2025) to apply for the examination. Also, they must have passed class 10+2 with relevant subjects in order to be eligible for applying for the examination.

How to Fill WBJEE Application Form 2026?

The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) releases the process of filling the application form in its official notification. The process includes registration, filling up personal and educational details, payment of application fees, and submission of application forms. Registration

• The applicant will input personal information including name, father's and mother's names, date of birth, gender, type and number of identification, current and permanent addresses, phone number, email address, etc.
• Applicants must be cautious while providing their name, father's and mother's names, birthdate, gender, and place of residence. These details cannot, under any circumstances, be amended, updated, or altered.
• The candidate must next select a security question and answer, establish a passcode, verify, and complete the registration.
• A generated application number will show up on the screen. Moreover, the candidate's registered mobile number and email address will get SMS and email 
• The applicant needs to keep in mind his or her application number, password, and security question and answer. If an applicant misses their password, they must use the "Forget Password" option to retrieve it. The password cannot be recovered in any other manner.
• It is not feasible for any person/agency to alter any information without knowing the login password. Thus, applicants must not divulge their password to anyone. The Board disclaims all liability for any modifications brought about by the sharing or disclosure of the password.

Filling Application Form

• The candidate must now complete out further form with information including their address, category, PWD status, family income level, religion, country, and academic background.
• The applicant must provide the JEE (Main)-2026 application number if they also applied for it.
• The individual must next submit the application and select the examination zones in the order of their preference.

Uploading Images

• The candidate must provide a current colour photograph (10 to 200 KB in size) and a JPG or JPEG image of his or her signature (4 to 30 KB).
• Any document that is submitted must be in PDF format, such as a certificate or mark sheet (50 to 300 KB)
• Candidate's photo and signature must be uploaded all at once.

Payment of Application Fees

• Only UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and net banking may be used to pay the exam fees.
• The examination's application fee is Rs 500 (Rupees five hundred only) for general applicants and Rs 400 (Rupees four hundred only) for candidates who fall under the OBC-A or OBC-B categories, plus any applicable bank service fees.
• Candidates who qualify for the concession must upload their appropriate credentials in the specified formats during the counselling process, or else their application will be rejected.

Note - There is no refund after the fee has been paid.

Confirmation Page

The candidate will be instructed to download the "Confirmation Page" after successfully completing all of the aforementioned procedures, signifying that the application is concluded. UNTIL THE CONFIRMATION PAGE HAS GENERATED, THE APPLICATION IS NOT COMPLETE.

WBJEE Application Form Correction 2026

The board provides applicants the chance to amend or change their application after the application process is concluded. Not all information is editable, though.

• Any primary registration information, including Name, Father's Name, Mother's Name, Gender, Address, and Date of Birth, cannot be changed.
• Any applicant who wants to make changes to any other information in their application can do so by logging in during the designated correction period. Any correction request made after the correction period will not be considered by the Board. The Board will not correct anything on behalf of any applicant, either.

• Acceptance of Rules: By applying to the WBJEE exam, the candidate agrees to all terms and conditions in the Information Bulletin and related notices.
• Online Application Only: Applications must be submitted online at wbjeeb.nic.in. Printed forms are not available.
• No Duplicate Applications must be submitted by any candidate.
• Valid Contact Information: Use a valid mobile number and unique email ID for registration. All communications will be sent to the registered number only. The Board is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or inactive contact details.
• Unchangeable Registration Details: Once registered, the candidate's name, parents' names, domicile, and date of birth cannot be changed. Ensure these match your official documents.
• Keep Login Details Secure: Do not share application number, password, or security question/answer.
• Upload Clear Photos and Signatures: Upload clear scanned copies of your photo and signature as per the guidelines. Without proper photos, admit cards will not be issued.
• Application Correction Period: Changes to other details (except name, parents' names, domicile, and date of birth) can only be made during the correction period.
• Fees are non-refundable. Pay early to avoid last-minute payment issues.

• The authority is not responsible for the error in the application confirmation page, admit card and other documents as all the details provided by the aspirants during the online filling of the application form. 
• Candidates will have to preserve an application confirmation page, rank cards, caste/category/domestic/income certificates, etc. documents. 
• The candidate will not be able to download the application confirmation page after the WBJEE exam is over. OMR sheet and Rank card cannot be downloaded after the completion of the counselling process. 
• The board will not approve candidates personal details on the confirmation page, rank card and other documents. The assigned institute performs all verification processes at the time of counselling.
