IIT Indore Admission

IIT Indore admissions to various undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral-level programs are done on the basis of entrance exams. The course-wise detailed admission process is as follows:

IIT Indore B.Tech Admission

• Appear for the JEE Main & JEE Advanced exam and obtain a valid score
• Register and participate in the JoSAA counselling process
• Candidates are then required to fill their college choices
• If shortlisted by IIT Indore, candidates will be called for the document verification
• Pay the required fees and confirm your admission

IIT Indore M.Tech/MS Admission

• Candidates seeking admission to the M.Tech/MS programs are required to appear for the GATE examination
• Obtain a valid score and participate in the counselling session
• Candidates will be allotted seats based on their marks obtained in the GATE exam and choice they have filled in.
• Once the seat is allotted, shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification and submission of fees.

IIT Indore M.Sc Admission

• Appear for the IIT JAM examination and obtain a valid score
• Register and participate in the JAM counselling round.
• Candidates will be shortlisted by IIT Indore based on marks obtained by them in the IIT JAM examination.
• Shortlisted candidates are then called for document verification and submission of fees.

IIT Indore PhD Admission

• Candidates must have a valid GATE or UGC/CSIR - JRF score for admission to the PhD program at IIT Indore
• Fill out the PhD application form available on the official website of the college
• The institute will shortlist the candidates for the Personal Interview round based on the marks obtained by them in entrance examinations.
• Following the PI round, the final merit list will be declared

IIT Indore Scholarship

IIT Indore provides various scholarships to its meritorious and needy students. Students belonging to SC/ST/EWS category are also given fee remission by the institute. 

• All students whose family income does not exceed Rs 9 lakh would be eligible for an interest-free loan for the whole tuition cost payable under the Vidyalaxmi scheme.
• Students studying B.Tech, B.E., and integrated M.Tech degrees who have scored 152 or higher in JEE Advanced and have an annual family income of Rs. 1.80 lakhs are eligible for the FFE Scholarship.
• Students having annual income less than 1 lakh get 100% fee remission along with Rs 3000/month as scholarship amount.
