IIM Calcutta Placement 2024: IIM Calcutta offers outstanding placement opportunities from well-known companies and it is evident through the placement report for the batch 2021-23.
During the campus placement process, the institute implemented a cluster-cohort based policy based on the idea of facilitating the optimum student-company fit. Recruiters were able to complete the process in a hybrid manner by using online means to onboard recruiters and students in addition to on-campus processes.
As per the final placement report of IIM Calcutta for the year 2023, around 190 companies participated recording 100% placement with 573 offers made to 465 students.
The highest international package stood at INR 94.82 and the national highest CTC stood at 1.15 Cr. Moreover, the average salary is INR 35.07 while median salary touched INR 33.67 LPA.
This year's placement process included participation from a variety of sectors, including consulting, finance, operations, marketing and product.
Positions in sales and marketing, analysis, financial risk and advisory, strategy, consulting, credit risk, project management, wealth and private banking, and other fields have been offered to students.
