IIM Kashipur Placements 2024: Highest, Average and Median CTC

IIM Kashipur Placements 2024: IIM Kashipur has recently concluded its summer placement drive. The institution provided a diverse range of internship opportunities to its students enrolled in various programmes. A total of 299 offers were made by 92 participating organisations. The maximum number of internship offers were made in the Sales & Marketing sector by offering a total of 135 offers which is 49% of the total placement percentage. The final placement statistics for the MBA class of 2024 is yet to be released  by the institution.

The Highest CTC offered by IIM Kashipur is 37 LPA during its placement for the MBA class of 2021-2023. The average and median CTC at IIM Kashipur is 18.1 LPA and 17.2 LPA respectively. The institute witnessed many prominent first-time recruiters like EXL Analytics, Gartner, Micron, MTR, Paramount, Porter, Practus Advisors, Relaxo, SBI Capital, Tata Motors, Tech Mahindra, Times Pro, and V Guard. 

IIM Kashipur placement saw the participation of 187 organizations. A total of 340 offers were made, from different domains like Consulting, Finance, HR, Operations, Sales & Marketing, and Strategy. These offers came from sectors like BFSI, Consulting, FMCG, Information Technology, and E-commerce. IIM Kashipur offers MBA, MBA (Analytics), EMBA, and Ph.D courses. Out of 324 students, 319 students were placed in the year 2023.
