KEAM 2024: KEAM stands for the Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical entrance exam which is conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) every year. It is a state-level entrance examination to provide admission to eligible candidates into various professional courses/colleges in Kerala. KEAM exam date is June 1, 2024, to June 9, 2024.

The KEAM 2024 entrance exam will tentatively be conducted in May 2024 in offline mode. The entrance exam will be conducted across various examination centres in Kerala, New Delhi, Mumbai, and Dubai. 

Candidates whose names will feature in the KEAM rank list 2024 will be eligible to participate in the KEAM 2024 Counselling. After each round of the counselling process, the KEAM cutoff 2024 will be released on the official website of CEE. KEAM Eligibility Criteria 2024

Candidates who wish to appear for the KEAM entrance examination must fulfil the KEAM eligibility criteria. The eligibility criteria have been released along with the official KEAM 2024 prospectus. The prospectus available on the official CEE website contains detailed KEAM eligibility criteria for candidates who seek admission into various professional courses. Candidates must have acquired age of 17 years or more in order to appear for the entrance exam. The required educational qualifications will vary for various courses like medical, engineering, architecture etc. Candidates must also fulfil the KEAM nativity criteria to be eligible for appearing in the exam.

KEAM Registration 2024

Eligible candidates can register for the KEAM 2024 entrance exam by visiting the official website of CEE Kerala. Only the candidates who successfully complete the KEAM registration process will be able to appear for the examination. All details regarding the KEAM 2024 Registration process are available in the latest KEAM prospectus which can be downloaded from the official CEE website.

KEAM Admit Card 2024

After the completion of the KEAM registration process, CEE will release the KEAM admit card on its official website. It is mandatory for the candidates to carry their KEAM admit card to the examination centre on the day of the exam. The admit card contains various details like the candidate’s name, application number, roll number, photograph, signature etc. 

Candidates must note that the KEAM admit card will be issued to only those candidates whose application forms do not contain any defects or errors. In case, a candidate has submitted some erroneous information while registering for the exam, they must rectify it within the stipulated time. If a candidate fails to do so, they will not be receiving their admit card and they will not be able to appear for the exam.

KEAM Exam Pattern 2024

Candidates must first understand the latest KEAM exam pattern and then dive into the exam preparation process. As per the latest exam pattern, the entrance examination will be conducted in offline mode across various exam centres in Kerala, Mumbai, New Delhi, and Dubai. Candidates appearing for the engineering entrance exam will have to appear for two papers: Paper I (Physics & Chemistry) and Paper II (Mathematics). Whereas, candidates seeking admission into medical and architecture courses must qualify for NEET-UG and NATA exams, respectively.

KEAM Syllabus 2024

Along with the latest exam pattern, candidates must also go through the KEAM syllabus. The exam syllabus can be downloaded from the official website of CEE. Candidates must ensure that they focus only on preparing the important topics and not waste their time elsewhere. Candidates must first develop a clear understanding of the exam syllabus and then develop a suitable preparation strategy.

KEAM Question Paper 2024

Candidates can download the previous years’ KEAM question papers from the official website of CEE. Solving previous year's papers can prove to be extremely beneficial for the candidates. 

Candidates can download the KEAM previous year's papers with the help of the following steps:

• Scroll down to the end of the page and click on the “KEAM” exam tab
• Again, scroll down to the page and click on the link for “KEAM Previous Question Papers”
• Download the required KEAM question paper pdfs and refer to it while preparing for the exams

KEAM 2024 Answer Key

After the successful completion of the examination, provisional KEAM answer is released on the official CEE website. It must be noted that the answer key is released for all the versions of the question paper. Candidates can use the provisional answer key to calculate their score in the exam. 

Candidates can also raise objections against the provisional answer key and send it to CEE in the required format. After considering all the complaints against the provisional answer key, CEE will then release the final KEAM answer key.

KEAM Result 2024

KEAM result is released on the official CEE website. CEE also releases a separate KEAM rank list for various professional courses like engineering, architecture, medical & medical allied courses (except BAMS), BAMS Course, and B.Pharm courses. Different factors are taken into account while preparing the rank lists for the various professional courses. Candidates whose names feature in the rank list will be then eligible to participate in the KEAM counselling process.

KEAM Counselling 2024

Candidates whose names are included in the KEAM Rank List of the various professional courses will be eligible to participate in the KEAM Centralised Allotment Process (CAP). 

Candidates must note that the seat allotment will be done on the basis of the following factors: course-college options submitted by the candidate, the candidate’s rank in the KEAM entrance exam, and the KEAM reservation criteria.

In order to participate in the counselling process, candidates must register themselves through the official CEE portal. 

After the seat allotment process and the candidate is satisfied with the seat allotted to them, they must visit their respective institute to complete the admission procedure. 

KEAM Cutoff 2024

Candidates must note that the KEAM cutoff is released after each round of the counselling process. The cutoff is released in the form of last rank that will be eligible for getting admission into the various professional courses. Candidates can check the cutoff/last rank details for their respective courses by visiting the KEAM candidate portal. It must also be noted that different cutoff/last rank details are released for the various professional courses. 

Various factors affecting the KEAM last rank include no. of candidates appearing for the KEAM entrance examination, the difficulty level of the entrance examination, no. of seats available in the participating institutions under various courses, and previous years’ cutoff trends.
