KEAM Results 2024: The CEE is expected to release the KEAM 2024 results in May 2024. Candidates who appeared for the entrance exam can check their results through the KEAM 2024 Candidate Portal. The result is released in the form of the scores obtained by the candidates in the Engineering/Pharmacy entrance examination. Along with the results, CEE has also released the revised KEAM 2024 Answer Key on its official portal.

Candidates must note that since the evaluation of OMR answer sheets is computerised, there is no provision for revaluation or re-checking of the marks secured by the candidate in the KEAM entrance examination. Candidates must also note that separate KEAM rank lists 2024 will be issued for engineering, medical, architecture, and other courses. The preparation of the KEAM rank list 2024 for the various professional courses has been explained below in this article. Candidates are advised to go through the rank list preparation process for the relevant course. In case there is a tie between candidates while preparing the KEAM rank list, the relevant tie-breaking policy will be used to ascertain the final ranks of the candidates.

Candidates whose names are included in the KEAM rank list are then eligible for appearing in the KEAM Counselling 2024, known as, the Centralised Allotment Process (CAP). After every round of the CAP process, KEAM Cutoff 2024 will be released. Only the candidates who score marks equal to or more than the KEAM cutoff will be eligible for getting into various professional courses.

Login into your candidate profile by entering your application number, password, and access code in the given fields

Preparation of KEAM Rank List 2024

Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) will be issuing separate KEAM rank lists for the following courses:

Engineering Courses
Architecture Course
Medical & Medical Allied courses (except BAMS)
BAMS Course
B.Pharm Course

Note: KEAM rank list issued by the CEE will remain valid until the closing date of KEAM admissions for that particular year.

Preparation of Rank List for Admission into Engineering Courses

Equal weightage of 50:50 shall be given to the score obtained in the Engineering Entrance Examination (Paper I & Paper II put together), and the marks obtained in the final year of the qualifying examination for Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry put together, after effecting the standardization procedure
In case, the candidate has not studied Chemistry, the marks obtained in Computer Science shall be considered
In case, the candidate has not studied Chemistry and Computer Science, the marks obtained in Biotechnology shall be considered
In case, the candidate has not studied Chemistry, Computer Science, and Biotechnology, the marks obtained in Biology shall be considered
The final year marks of the qualifying exam of each subject (Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry/Computer Science/Biotechnology/Biology) of the students who have passed the subject will be transformed out of 100
The marks of the three subjects will then be computed out of 300 after effecting standardization in each subject

KEAM Rank List 2024 Preparation for B.Arch Course

Preparation of Rank List for Admission into Ayurveda course	A separate rank list will be prepared based on the score obtained by the candidate in NEET-UG 2024 subject to the Nativity and relevant qualifying criteria For candidates who have taken Sanskrit as their second language in Higher Secondary or equivalent exam, additional 8 marks will be added to the total marks secured by them in the NEET-UG 2024 for the preparation of the rank list

Preparation of Rank List for Admission into B.Pharm Course

Rank list will be prepared by the CEE on the basis of index marks which will be calculated as follows:

Score obtained by the candidate in Chemistry in Paper-I will be multiplied by 2.25 and added to the Physics score obtained from the Paper-I
The sum so obtained will be multiplied by a factor 2/3 to calculate the index mark for ranking the candidates for B. Pharm course
The maximum index score will be 480

Tie-breaking Policy for Preparation of Engineering Rank List

In case of a tie, the candidate with higher marks in Maths in the entrance exam will be given a higher rank
If the tie still exists, the candidate with higher marks in Physics in the entrance exam will be given a higher rank
If there is still a tie, the candidate with higher standardized marks in Maths in the final year of the qualifying exam will be given a higher rank
If the tie still persists, the candidate with higher standardized marks in Physics in the final year of the qualifying exam will be given a higher rank
If there is still a tie, the candidate who is older in age will be given a higher ranking

KEAM 2024 Result: Qualifying Criteria for Various Courses

The qualifying criteria for making it to the KEAM rank list for various professional courses has been given below.

Engineering Rank List	Candidate has to score a minimum of 10 marks each in Paper I and Paper II of KEAM entrance exam No minimum marks required for SC/ST candidates
Rank list for MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BHMS/BSMS/BUMS	Candidate must obtain a minimum of marks at 50th percentile in NEET-UG 2024 For SC/ST/SEBC candidates, the minimum marks shall be at 40th percentile For the PwD category, the minimum marks shall be at 45th percentile for unreserved category and 40th percentile for SC/ST/SEBC category
Rank List for Agriculture/Forestry/ Co-operation & Banking/Climate Change & Environmental Science/ B.Tech Biotechnology (under KAU)/Veterinary/Fisheries	Candidate must score a minimum of 20 marks in the NEET-UG 2024 exam No minimum marks required for SC/ST candidates
Architecture Rank List	Candidate must meet the KEAM academic eligibility criteria for admission into architecture course Candidate must also qualify NATA 2024 exam on or before June 30, 2024

KEAM 2024 Provisional Category Lists

CEE will also be releasing provisional category lists for Community reservation, Special reservation, Persons with Disabilities, and EWS reservation. The provisional category lists will be based on the KEAM rank list 2024 for various courses.

The final category list will be released after considering all the complaints or objections received by the candidates.
