  • Trial allotment is done to give the candidates an idea about their chances of getting into a particular college or course, on the basis of their rank and registered choices
  • However, trial allotment does not guarantee that a particular course or college will be allotted to a candidate

Step 3: Final Allotment

  • After the completion of the option registration process, the final seat allotment details will be released by CEE
  • Candidates can download their KEAM allotment memo by logging into the candidate portal
  • The allotment memo will contain details about the college allotted to the candidate and the payable course fee

Step 4: Seat Confirmation & Subsequent Allotment Rounds

  • After receiving the seat allotment, candidates can either accept the allotted seat or they can participate in the subsequent allotment rounds
  • If a candidate is satisfied with their seat allotment, they will have to report to the college allotted to them and complete the admission formalities
  •  In case a candidate fails to pay the requisite fee or join the college, they will lose the seat allotted to them and also the existing options in the relevant stream
  • Seat options once lost will not be available in the subsequent allotment phases
  • When a seat is allotted to a candidate, all previous allotments stand cancelled
  • If a candidate wishes to participate in the subsequent counselling rounds, they will have to log in to their option registration page and confirm their options by clicking on the “confirm” button
