A total of 100% placement was recorded by IIM Rohtak for the 12th PGP batch. The batch consisted of 237 students wherein 79 were males and 158 were female students. Renowned national and international corporations, ranging participated in the placement drive to recruit top talent from IIM Rohtak. More than 120 companies became a part of this recruitment drive and among those 120, there were at least 45 news companies. 

Talking about the package, then the exorbitant package offered to students was 36 LPA. On the other hand, the average package offered was 18.73 LPA. The institute has witnessed a tremendous hike of 16.7% in year-on-year annual CTC.  With a rise of 65% over last year, IIM Rohtak also witnessed a massive jump in the number of PPOs and PPIs which were offered to the students.

The batch size for the year 2023 consisted of 237 students. The gender distribution within the batch was skewed, with a ratio of 1:2 (male to female). On average, students in this batch had 19 months of work experience. In terms of academic backgrounds, the batch composition was as follows: 37% from commerce, 35% from engineering, 17% from science, and 11% from arts and other fields.
