IIM Raipur Placement 2024: Highest, Average CTC, Top Recruiters and Summer Internships

IIM Raipur Summer Placement 2024 has recently been concluded, achieving an impressive 100% placement rate. During this period, a total of 109 prominent companies extended valuable opportunities to the students. The primary sectors that emerged as the most sought-after destinations for employment were Banking financial services and insurance (18%), IT/ITES (16%), Strategy and Consulting (11%), FMCG (23%), Manufacturing (13%), and Miscellaneous (19%). The highest stipend offered stood at INR 3.5 Lakhs while the average stipend offered was of INR 1.39 Lakhs.

The internships for the 2024 batch witnessed students opting for roles in Sales and Marketing (49%), Analytics and Consulting (12%), General Management (11%), and Finance (9%). There was a 16% increase in the average internship package and a 50% increase in the median packages. The average and median internship packages at IIM Raipur reached INR 1.39 Lakhs and INR 1.50 Lakhs, respectively. The final placement report for the year 2024 is yet to be released by the institution.
