IIM Raipur Placement 2023: Highest and Average CTC

IIM Raipur Placement 2023 has recently been concluded, achieving an impressive 100% placement rate. During this period, a total of 109 prominent companies extended valuable opportunities to the students. The primary sectors that emerged as the most sought-after destinations for employment were Banking financial services and insurance (32%), IT/ITES (23%), Strategy and Consulting (14%), FMCG (12%), Manufacturing (12%), and Miscellaneous (7%). The average base salary at IIM Raipur experienced a noteworthy increase, reaching INR 21.04 LPA, while the median base salary remained steady at INR 20 LPA.

IIM Raipur also offered summer internships to its students, with a total 328 participants in the recent session. Among them, 203 were female candidates, while 125 were male candidates. The internships for the 2024 batch witnessed students opting for roles in Sales and Marketing (49%), Analytics and Consulting (12%), General Management (11%), and Finance (9%). There was a 16% increase in the average internship package and a 50% increase in the median packages. The average and median internship packages at IIM Raipur reached INR 1.39 Lakhs and INR 1.50 Lakhs, respectively.
