COMEDK Application Form 2025
COMEDK Registration 2025: The Consortium of Medical, Engineering, and Dental Colleges of Karnataka has released the COMEDK application form 2025 on its official website. Candidates who fulfil the COMEDK eligibility criteria can apply for the COMEDK UGET exam. The COMEDK registration started on February 3, 2025. Candidates who want to appear for different undergraduate courses at Karnataka can apply at comedk.org. The officials have issued the last date for application which is March 15, 2025.
Candidates who have successfully passed 2nd PUC/10+2 in relevant subjects or are appearing can fill out the COMEDK application form 2025. Eligible candidates are also advised to read the official COMEDK notification 2025 before registering for the exam for COMEDK 2025 eligibility criteria. A candidate's application form must contain the correct personal and educational details. Any discrepancy in the application form if found in the later stage can lead to the disqualification of the candidate from the exam selection process.
A total of 440 colleges participate in the COMEDK UGET exam out of which 207 are engineering colleges and 193 are architecture colleges. There are also 17 and 23 medical and dental colleges, respectively which participate in the COMEDK UGET selection process. While applying for the exam for admission to these colleges, candidates are also required to pay a COMEDK registration fee of INR 1800 plus convenience fee/charges.
COMEDK application form is released online on the official website of COMEDK - comedk.org. The application form will be successfully submitted only if all the required documents are uploaded along with the fee payment. COMEDK 2025 registration includes several steps such as registration, personal and education details, exam centre preferences, payment of fees, and submission of the form.

STEP 1: COMEDK Registration
- Go to the official website of COMEDK
- Click on the COMEDK Registration link
- Fill in candidate details in the registration form
- Generate and validate OTP for the registered mobile number
- Click on register and complete the candidate registration
- Receive SMS & E-mail with User ID/App no and Password
Step 2: COMEDK Application Form
- Login again using your User ID & Password
- Click on 'Go to application'
- Select the exam that you are applying for
- Enter your personal details
- Fill in category details
- Fill in academic details and upload documents in the prescribed format and size as mentioned in the exam brochure
- Fill in the examination city preferences and select payment details
- Verify all details in the "Preview" Page
- Click on "Submit " and complete the payment
- Check the successful application status by logging in again
- Take printout of the application (for your reference only)
COMEDK Application Fee
Candidates are also required to pay the registration fee after filling out their personal and academic details in the COMEDK application form for admission to undergraduate programs. Students are also allowed to opt for COMEDK & Uni-Gauge exam for which they have to pay a combined application fee. The fee structure for the exam is tabulated below:

Notes:
- The COMEDK application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Candidates can only pay the application fee only through online mode via Debit Card, Credit Card, and Net Banking.
- Check Convenience charges before the fee payment.
- Relogin after the successful payment of a fee to check the status of your fee payment.

While filling out the application form for the COMEDK UGET 2025 exam, candidates must be aware of the general instructions of the exam. These general instructions are important to know in order to avoid errors in the application form. Candidates can check the general instructions below:
- All the information requested on the registration or application form is required from aspirants.
- Requests to modify a registered email address or cellphone number won't be taken into consideration for applicants.
- Once used for online registration, an email ID cannot be used again by applicants
- Information entered on the application form at the time of registration cannot be changed afterwards by candidates or students. BEFORE CLICKING ON THE SUBMIT BUTTON AND PROCEEDING TO THE APPLICATION FORM, CANDIDATES SHOULD REVIEW ALL INFORMATION ENTERED AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION.
- Unique user IDs and passwords, created by the system, will be sent to candidates via email and mobile number, respectively, upon successful registration.
- To access the application form, students should click the "Go to Application" button in the right upper corner.
- Please be aware that candidates will never be able to modify their user IDs.
- Clicking "Forgot Password" will allow candidates to change their passwords.
- To finish the application procedure, students should sign in using their unique USER ID and PASSWORD.
The following are the documents required to be uploaded while filling out the application for the COMEDK UGET exam:
- Mobile number that you have access to for next 6-7 months
- E-mail ID that you have access to for next 6-7 months
- SSLC/ 10th marks card of candidate – Max 160kb, .JPEG format
- Unique govt. id proof of candidate – Max 160kb, .JPEG format
- Color passport size photo of the candidate – Max 160kb, .jpeg format
- Signature of the candidate on a white sheet of paper – Max 160kb, .JPEG format
- Signature of a parent on a white sheet of paper - Max 160kb, .JPG or .JPEG format
- Unique govt. id proof of a parent – Max 160kb, .JPEG format
- If candidate is applying for KKR seat then a KKR/HKR Certificate (371J) in name of candidate issued by Asst. Commissioner in charge of Revenue sub division Max 160kb, .JPEG format
- SC/ST/OBC certificate if a candidate is claiming lower eligibility norms - Max 160kb, .JPEG format
- Karnataka Domicile Certificate. Issued by Revenue authority not below the rank of Tahsildar, in the name of the candidate - Max 160kb, .JPEG format (Domicile is required for Sl. No. 9 and 10 only)
