COMEDK UGET 2024: Admit Card, Exam Date, Pattern, Syllabus, Application Form

COMEDK UGET 2024 will be conducted on May 12, 2024. The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka has released the admit card for the exam. Candidates can download it from the official website of COMEDK. 

The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka conducts COMEDK UGET 2024 for admission to engineering, architecture, dental and medical courses at the undergraduate level. Students who wish to take admission must fulfil the COMEDK eligibility criteria. Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria can fill out the COMEDK application form. The application forms are released online on the official website of COMEDK.

The COMEDK exam is conducted in pen and paper mode. As per the exam pattern of COMEDK UGET, there is a single paper which includes 180 questions (60 questions each from Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics). Each question carries 1 mark totalling 180 marks. It is important to note there is no negative marking in the COMEDK exam. Also, students appearing for the examination must be well aware of the COMEDK syllabus. Candidates can also practise previous year question papers of COMEDK to get an idea of the types of questions asked in the exam.

The COMEDK result will be announced tentatively in June 2024. Students who will obtain a rank in the COMEDK exam will be called for the counselling round. After the successful completion of the counselling round, the students will receive a seat allotment letter.

COMEDK UGET 2024: Eligibility Criteria

• Only students who fulfil the eligibility criteria can apple for the COMEDK exam.
• Any student failing to meet the eligibility requirements can be disqualified at any stage of the exam selection process. 
• The basic eligibility criteria to apply for the COMEDK UGET is to have passed 2nd PUC/10+2 with a minimum percentage of marks (45% marks) in relevant subjects.
• Candidates who hold the diploma are not eligible to apply for COMEDK UGET
• Candidates who wish to apply for B.Arch admission must have a valid NATA score.

COMEDK UGET 2024: Application Form

• The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka releases the application form for COMEDK UGET on the official website. 
• The application forms are to be filled in online mode only. 
• Students must meet the COMEDK eligibility criteria to fill out the application form. 
• The application form must be filled out correctly and all required documents must be uploaded by candidates. 
• Candidates have to pay a registration fee of INR 1800 + convenience charges for successful registration of the COMEDK exam.

COMEDK UGET 2024: Admit Card 

• COMEDK UGET admit card is released after the successful conclusion of the registration process. 
• Candidates who fill out the application form correctly will receive the admit card. 
• The admit card can be downloaded using the application number and password from the official website. 
• Candidates must mandatorily carry a hard copy of the admit card to the examination centre. 
• Along with the admit card, candidates must also carry a Valid ID proof and two passport-size photographs for identity verification.

COMEDK answer key 2024 is released after the successfully conclusion of the exam. Candidates can download the answer key from the official website. The answer key can be downloaded using the application number and password. Candidates must note that the final answer key cannot be challenged by candidates. COMEDK UGET Result 2024

The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka will release the result for COMEDK UGET tentatively in June 2024. Candidates will be able to check their results using the application number and password. The result is released in the form a scorecard/rank card containing the scores & ranks obtained by candidates.

Based on rank achieved by candidates, they will be called for the counselling round.

COMEDK UGET Counselling 2024

• A total of 150+ colleges participate in the COMEDK exam. The counselling is conducted for candidates who qualify the exam. 
• The counselling process includes registration, choice-filling, choice-locking, seat allotment, and reporting to the allotted college. 
• Candidates who participate in the counselling round will be allotted colleges based on their choice-filling, choice-locking, and the merit list. 
• After the COMEDK seat allotment, selected candidates are required to report to the allotted college.
• COMEDK counselling dates will be announced after the declaration of the result. Candidates will be able to start COMEDK counselling registration once the link is activated on the official website.

COMEDK UGET Cutoff 2024

• The COMEDK UGET cutoff is released in the form of opening and closing ranks after each round of counselling. 
• Based on the opening and closing ranks, students are allotted colleges and the courses they can pursue.
• The cutoff for COMEDK depends on factors like number of seats available in colleges, total number of students who appeared for the examination, and the difficulty level of the paper.
