KIIT Placement 2024: Average Package, Highest Package, Total Offers

KIIT Placement 2024: The Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) conducts the placement session through its dedicated placement cell. KIIT Placement 2024 is yet to be started. However, the institute has released the KIIT Placement 2023 report on its official website. As per the report, KIIT witnessed the highest package of INR 63 LPA in the year 2023. More than 350 companies participated in KIIT Placement 2023 and made over 4500+ job offers. The average package at KIIT for top 1100 students stands at INR 8.50 LPA. Around 80 companies offered CTC of INR 10 lakhs to selected candidates.

KIIT Placement 2023: Highlights

The highlights of KIIT placement 2023 are as follows:

• Almost 90% of students have been placed on campus (about 3000 students have received offers from the campus, of which about 2650 have been single offers and 1200 have been multiple offers).
• 4500+ offershave been made thus far by 350+ firms (120+ of which are new).
• With an average CTC of 8.50 LPA plus an additional average CTC of around INR 6.50 LPA, or 25% more than the previous year, 1100 students were placed in "Dream Companies."
• About 80 companies offered CTCs of at least INR 10,000,00 per annum.
• More than 215 companies offered CTCs of INR 5.00 LPA and more.
• Maximum CTC offered by YugaByte Software (P) Ltd. was 63.00 LPA.
• Offering summer internships through the "Capstone Project" approach to 2100 students
• 1500+ paid semester internships offers were made to students.
• Capgemini, which made 346 rolling offers to students, was the top recruiter on campus, followed by Bosch Global Software.
