GUJCET Result Date 2024: The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) has announced the GUJCET  result on May 9, 2024 at 9 am. The GUJCET result 2024 has been activated on the official website -

Candidates need to have their GUJCET 2024 seat number to check their results. Along with the declaration of results, the board officials has also released the merit list. Candidates with their names on the merit list become eligible for allotment of seats through GUJCET counselling 2024.

The Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) will conduct the GUJCET counselling for admission to BTech courses. Apart from GUJCET, admission will also be based on JEE Mains. Candidates will have to register online to participate in the GUJCET counselling.

GUJCET 2024 Merit List

The GUJCET merit list will be made available by the ACPC following the completion of counselling registration. It will be compiled based on the GUJCET exam scores. Candidates will be able to view their rankings in the GUJCET 2024 merit list on the official website The final merit list for GUJCET will be published after addressing any challenges raised regarding the provisional merit list. Below are the details on the merit list.

  • The first merit list will include the candidates who appear in the GUJCET exam. The merit list will be prepared with a 60% weightage of the marks obtained in PCM in class 12th and 40% weightage of the percentile marks obtained in the GUJCET exam.
  • The second GUJCET merit list 2024 will be prepared for candidates who appear in JEE Main. The merit will be prepared based on the 60% weightage of marks obtained in PCM in class 12th combined with the 40% weightage of the percentile marks obtained in JEE Main exam.
