GUJCET Counselling 2025: The Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) is responsible for conducting the GUJCET counselling 2025. The GUJCET first provisional merit list will be released by the authority on June 3, 2025. The authority has successfully completed the registration process for counselling after the announcement of the GUJCET result. The GUJCET counselling registration started on March 24, 2025 and the last date of registration was May 20, 2025. Candidates can download the Gujarat Common Entrance Test schedule through the official website - gujacpc.admissions.nic.in.

Candidates must note that the seat allotment process will be done on the basis of merit lists. The GUJCET counselling will be conducted in two rounds, in the first round candidates will get the seat based on scores they get in the GUJCET exam and in the second round, candidates will get seats based on the scores they get in JEE Main exam 2025. As per the official notice, the final merit list will be released on June 7, 2025. This year, the GUJCET exam was conducted on March 23, 2025.

GUJCET Counselling 2025 Procedure

Candidates participating in the counselling process need to fill in the counsellng application form and pay the application fees. The step-by-step guide is given below for the same:

Step 1- Candidates must fill in the application form for the counselling by providing the necessary details like name, preferences, roll number, etc

Step 2- After filling in the preliminary form candidates must fill in the complete registration form. At this stage, candidates have to provide details of communication address, parents' details, gender, etc.

Step 3- After filling out the application form, candidates need to upload their scanned photograph and signature. Also, candidates must enter their class 12 details.

Step 4- At last, candidates have to pay the GUJCET counselling fee online using a credit/debit card or internet banking. GUJCET counselling registration 2025 will be completed after successful payment of the counselling fee.

GUJCET Seat Allotment Result 2025

The ACPC admission authority will announce the seat allotment results separately for each round according to the schedule. Candidates can view their GUJCET seat allotment results by logging into the ACPC portal to learn about the course and college assigned to them for admission. Upon accepting the seat, candidates must freeze it within the specified timeframe. Once the seat is frozen, they should download the bank challan and make the tuition fee payment. Payment can be made online via net banking, credit card, or debit card. If candidates wish to participate in subsequent rounds of counselling, they can apply for it simultaneously.
