GUJCET Counselling 2024: Dates, Seat Allotment, Web Options, Process, Fees, Admission Process

GUJCET Counselling 2024: The Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) is responsible for conducting the GUJCET counselling 2024. The authority has extended the registration process for GUJCET counselling till May 28, 2024. Candidates who qualified for the Gujarat Common Entrance Test can register themselves by filling out the required fees. 

The ACPC admission committee will release the complete schedule for the GUJCET counselling soon on its offiical website - gujacpc.admissions.nic.in. The seat allotment process will be done on the basis of merit lists. This year, the GUJCET exam was conducted on March 31 and the result was announced on May 9.

GUJCET Counselling 2024 Procedure

Candidates participating in the counselling process need to fill in the counsellng application form and pay the application fees. The step-by-step guide is given below for the same:

Step 1- Candidates must fill in the application form for the counselling by providing the necessary details like name, preferences, roll number, etc

Step 2- After filling in the preliminary form candidates must fill in the complete registration form. At this stage, candidates have to provide details of communication address, parents' details, gender, etc.

Step 3- After filling out the application form, candidates need to upload their scanned photograph and signature. Also, candidates must enter their class 12 details.

Step 4- At last, candidates have to pay the GUJCET counselling fee online using a credit/debit card or internet banking. GUJCET counselling registration 2024 will be completed after successful payment of the counselling fee.

GUJCET 2024 Seat Allotment Result

The ACPC admission authority will announce the seat allotment results separately for each round according to the schedule. Candidates can view their GUJCET seat allotment results by logging into the ACPC portal to learn about the course and college assigned to them for admission. Upon accepting the seat, candidates must freeze it within the specified timeframe. Once the seat is frozen, they should download the bank challan and make the tuition fee payment. Payment can be made online via net banking, credit card, or debit card. If candidates wish to participate in subsequent rounds of counseling, they can apply for it simultaneously.
