Jaipuria Institute of Management Lucknow offers an extensive and rigorous research platform utilizing its 4-year programme - Fellow Program in Management. 

Eligibility Criteria:

• To be eligible for admission to the Fellow program, candidates must possess a postgraduate Degree from a recognised university or its equivalent in Engineering and Technology, Management, Economics, Social Science, or Commerce, with a FIRST CLASS distinction.
• Candidates who are in the process of completing their final examinations may also apply. If selected, their admission will be provisional, contingent on them fulfilling all requirements to obtain their Master's Degree before 30th September of the admission year.
• The admission of such candidates will remain provisional until they provide their mark sheet as proof of meeting the eligibility criteria.

Selection Criteria:

Admission will be contingent on meeting the minimum qualification prerequisites.

Evaluation based on:

• The FPM Entrance Test, organised by Jaipuria Institute of Management, assesses knowledge in business and management, general awareness, research methodology, as well as general and teaching aptitude. This computer-based test will comprise objective-type questions.
• A Personal Interview will be conducted exclusively for candidates shortlisted based on their performance in the written test.

During this placement season, the institute saw active participation from more than 300 recruiters, including 110 new ones. Notably, the season witnessed a significant uptick in the number of students receiving multiple job offers, with over 100 individuals securing such offers from prominent corporations and startups.
