IMT (Institute of Management Technology) Ghaziabad, established in 1980, also has campuses in four cities including Dubai. IMT Ghaziabad currently offers five AICTE-approved programmes – Two Year PGDM Programmes, PGDM BFS (Banking & Financial Services), PGDM Dual Country Programme (DCP), 18 Months PGDM ExP and Fellow Program in Management (FPM). For admission to its flagship programme PGDM, a candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% or equivalent marks obtained and a valid score in any of the following aptitude tests- CAT (2023) / XAT (2024) / GMAT (January 1, 2020 – January 25, 2024).

The placement season of 2023 at IMT Ghaziabad surpassed all the records, the highest CTC for the batch of 2023 closed at INR 65.6 LPA as an international salary whereas the highest CTC for domestic closed at INR 34 LPA. Selection Procedure:

• Applicants are initially shortlisted based on their profiles and eligibility criteria, including meeting the specified qualifying scores in one of the entrance exams as per the criteria.
• The shortlisted applicants are then categorised into two groups: Profile-based and Non Profile-based candidates.
• As part of the admission process, all candidates must undergo a Critical Thinking Test and a Personal Interview.
• The selection of applicants is based on a holistic evaluation of their overall profiles, taking into account various factors.
• It's important to note that all submitted documents are thoroughly verified during the initial shortlisting stage. The institution reserves the right to cancel an applicant's admission or admission process if incorrect or misleading information is found to have been furnished.

• The Smt Leela Nath Memorial Scholarship is granted to all female candidates admitted to IMT Ghaziabad's PGDM programs, entitling them to a 25% reduction in the academic fees component. It's important to note that this scholarship is provided once candidates join the campus and complete the required fee payment, including other fee components.
• The TFW Waiver Scheme offers eligible and shortlisted candidates a 100% waiver of the academic fee component, eliminating the need for payment. However, they are responsible for covering all other fee components, along with a quarterly advance payment of Rs 19,000 for academic amenities and facilities.

The final placement season for the outgoing batch of 2021-23 has exceeded all expectations, The average package stands at an impressive 17.35 lakhs per annum, with a median of 16.0 lakhs per annum. Notably, the top 100 students secured an average of 24.99 lakhs per annum, with a median of 22.23 lakhs per annum, while the top 200 students achieved an average of 21.5 lakhs per annum, with a median of 20.0 lakhs per annum. The highest international salary offered is an outstanding 65.6 lakhs per annum, while the highest domestic salary reaches 34 lakhs per annum. It's worth mentioning that over 40% of the companies participating were first-time recruiters, contributing to 36% of the total placements. The top 10 and top 20 percent of students secured an average CTC of 29.61 lakhs per annum and 25.30 lakhs per annum, respectively. The strong corporate presence was evident as more than 30 recruiters hiring this year were part of the 2022 Fortune Global 500 ranking list, with 15 of them featured in the top 100. The PGDM ExP program is an 18-month full-time offering, approved by AICTE and accredited by AACSB. It operates as an accelerated MBA, catering to experienced professionals. This program is tailored to provide a comprehensive and demanding educational experience, especially for executives who lack previous exposure to formal management education. 

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline with minimum 50% marks in aggregate
• Minimum five years of  work experience after graduation as on September 30, 2023.

The selection procedure entails a Leadership Potential Test (LPT) and an online interview process.
