TS EAMCET Eligibility Criteria 2025: The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) releases the eligibility criteria for the TS EAMCET exam 2025 on its official website. The eligibility criteria is released along with the official notification. Candidates who fulfil the eligibility requirements can fill out the application form available on the official website. It must be noted that students who fail to meet the eligibility requirements will be disqualified from the exam selection process.

For Engineering, B.Pharmacy (M.P.C), B.Tech. (Dairy Technology), B.Tech. (Ag. Engineering), B.Tech. (Food Technology) courses:
- The candidate must have passed the final year of the intermediate examination (10+2 pattern) with mathematics, physics, and chemistry as optional subjects, or related vocational courses in the fields of engineering and technology.
- Those enrolled from the academic year 2000-2002 onwards must also pass bridge courses administered by the conducting body, or any other examination recognized as equivalent.
OR
Candidates should have passed or appeared at the final year of the Diploma examination in Engineering conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh.
For B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture / B.Sc. (Hons.) Horticulture/ B.Sc. (Forestry) / B.V.Sc. & A.H. / B.F.Sc., for remaining 50% seats in B.Tech. (FT) Course and B.Sc. (Nursing):
- The Board of Intermediate Education in Telangana or Andhra Pradesh would accept candidates who have passed or appeared in the last year of the intermediate examination (10+2 pattern) in any two or three of the courses listed against each programme listed below.
- Candidates from the unreserved and reserved categories, respectively, must have at least 45% and 40% of the total marks in the relevant subjects (MPC or BiPC), evaluated using the 10+2 pattern.

TS EAMCET Eligibility Criteria: Age Limit
- Candidates for engineering and pharmacy programmes must be at least 16 years old as of December 31 of the admission year. There is no maximum age.
- Candidates applying for the B.Tech. (Dairy Technology), B.Tech. (Ag. Engineering), and B.Tech. (FT) programmes must be at least 17 years old as of December 31 of the admission year. There is also a maximum age of 22 years for all applicants and 25 years for candidates from Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes wishing to take admission in the aforementioned programmes.
TS EAMCET Eligibility Criteria: Nationality
- Applicants must hold an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card or be of Indian nationality or People of Indian Origin (PIO).
- The candidates must be residents of Telangana or Andhra Pradesh. In accordance with the Telangana / Andhra Pradesh Education Institutions (Regulations of Admission) order, 1974 as later revised, applicants must meet the local and non-local status requirements.
