OJEE Admit Card 2025: The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination Board (OJEEB) releases the hall ticket for OJEE exam 2025 on its official website. The admit card is released after the successful conclusion of the registration process. Only candidates who successfully filled out the application form will receive the admit card. Candidates registered for the exam can download their admit cards using their application number and date of birth.

Candidates who have registered to appear for the OJEE exam must carry their admit cards to the examination centre. It must be noted that only the hard copy of the admit card is admissible at the examination centre. Students who fail to bring the hard copy of their admit cards will not be allowed to take the examination. Along with the admit card, aspirants must also carry a valid ID proof along with two passport-size photographs.

After downloading the admit card, students must carefully verify it. All details mentioned on the hall ticket must be free from discrepancies. Any error or mistake in the admit card must be reported to the examination conducting body by the candidate.

OJEE Admit Card 2025

The admit card will be uploaded on the OJEE website at least 10-15 days before the scheduled examination date. Candidates must download the admit card and take out two printouts of the admit card. The admit card/hall ticket must be endorsed by the invigilator of the examination centre on the exam day.

  • If the candidate is unable to take a printout of the admit card, then he/she must report to the OJEE office immediately.
  • If the candidate finds a discrepancy in the admit card, then he/she must report to the exam conducting body immediately.
  • Both downloaded copies of the admit card must be duly signed by the invigilator. One copy must be retained by the candidate and the other must be submitted to the exam centre authority.
  • Candidate must retain their admit card till he/she takes the final admission in the university/college.

OJEE Exam 2025: Important Guidelines

  • Candidates can enter the examination hall one hour before the commencement of the examination. No candidates will be allowed to take the examination without a valid admit card in print form. 
  • Candidates must take their seats at the examination hall at least 15 minutes before the commencement of the examination.
  • No candidates will be allowed to enter the examination hall once the examination starts.
  • Candidates have to sign the attendance sheet against their corresponding roll numbers to mark their attendance. Candidates are also required to give their left-thumb impression on the attendance sheet in the given space.
  • Candidates can leave the examination only after the completion of the time duration of the examination.
  • Candidates are not allowed to take electronic devices such as mobile phones, calculators, electronic diaries, and others inside the examination hall. If a candidate is found with any such prohibited device, then he/she will be debarred from the examination.
  • Candidates are also not allowed to take books, papers or any printed material (except admit card) inside the examination hall.
  • Candidates must avoid behaviour that disrupts the peace in the examination hall. No student must talk or ask for help from each other. Any issue must be discussed with the invigilator present in the exam hall.
  • The Centre Superintendent has the authority to make judgements on any other subject that is not covered by these regulations.

The administration will try to allot the centre to the candidate of their first preference. However, it might be possible that due to some unavoidable circumstances, the nearby city centre is allotted to the candidate.
