As per the released dates, the BITSAT session 1 exam 2024 is scheduled to be conducted from May 19 to 24, 2024, in online Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. The BITSAT exams 2024 are held for admission into Integrated First Degree programs of BITS Pilani for the academic year 2024-25.

BITSAT Merit List 2024
The merit list is prepared during the BITSAT counselling which is designed after examining the student's performance in the exam. This will also be supported by the minimum marks needed and established by the authorities in the BITSAT 2024 and in the 12th-class exams for Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology will be taken into consideration for the merit list. BITSAT 2024: Tie Breaker Policy
If two or more candidates receive the same BITSAT score, tie-breaking procedures will be applied. The guidelines are-
- Mathematics and Biology (B.Pharma) will be considered the main and most important subjects. If the overall score of the two candidates ends up matching, their specific scores in these subjects will be examined.
- Next, the scores and performance of students will be evaluated in Physics if the tie still exists.
- Even after this if the tie exists, the performance in Chemistry will be examined.
- If the tie still does not break, lastly the performance of the two candidates in grade 12th (PCB and PCM) will be considered.
