BITSAT Result 2026: The Birla Institute of Technology & Science (BITS), Pilani, released the BITSAT result 2026 on June 5, 2026, on its official website admissions.bits-pilani.ac. Candidates who appeared for the BITSAT 2026 session 2 exam can download their results from bitsadmission.com. The result includes the number of correct answers and wrong answers, with the score of the candidate. To check the BITSAT result, candidates are required to log in using their registration number and password.

The examination authority conducted the BITSAT exams 2026 for session 1 exams from April 15 to 16, 2026, and the session 2 exams from May 24 to 26, 2026, in online Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. After the completion of the test, the computer announced the result of the candidate in terms of the total number of correct answers and wrong answers, along with the score.

Once the test was completed, the candidate was able to log out only after entering the scored marks in the test window. It was noted that the student could not log out without entering the marks in the test window. This ensured that the candidate had checked their score before logging out. However, the exam conducting body also released the BITSAT result on its official website a few days after the test

The Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test (BITSAT) is conducted by the BITS institutes for admission to BE, BPharm, and MSc courses. Step 3: To have access, candidates need to enter their registered application number and password in the login window

BITSAT Result 2026 - If Candidate forget Login Password

BITSAT Merit List 2026

The merit list is prepared during the BITSAT counselling, which is designed after examining the student's performance in the exam. This will also be supported by the minimum marks needed and established by the authorities in the BITSAT 2026, and in the 12th-class exams for Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology will be taken into consideration for the merit list. There will be separate merit lists made for B.Pharma and other programs. The Merit Lists will be of two types: Admit List and Wait List. 

BITSAT Admit List 2026

The names of the candidates who met the cutoff will be listed on the admit list. These selected candidates on the admit list will be called to participate in the BITSAT counseling. The Admit list will be made available prior to the different Iteration Rounds. Moreover, those who will have their names on the admit list must submit their admission application.

BITSAT Wait List 2026

Applicants of the BITSAT 2026 Wait List are expected to wait until the coming iteration round to learn about their status for selection in BITS. These candidates will be called for counselling in case there are any vacancies left- such a situation will occur when some students may drop their names from the admit list and hence there will be remaining seats to occupy by students on the waitlist.

BITSAT 2026: Tie Breaker Policy

If two or more candidates receive the same BITSAT score, tie-breaking procedures will be applied. The guidelines are-

• Mathematics and Biology (B.Pharma) will be considered the main and most important subjects. If the overall score of the two candidates ends up matching, their specific scores in these subjects will be examined.
• Next, the scores and performance of students will be evaluated in Physics if the tie still exists.
• Even after this if the tie exists, the performance in Chemistry will be examined. 
• If the tie still does not break, lastly the performance of the two candidates in grade 12th (PCB and PCM) will be considered.
