TS POLYCET Eligibility Criteria 2025

Candidates intending to take the TS POLYCET examination are required to fulfil the eligibility criteria given below.

Nationality and Domicile

• The candidate applying must be an Indian Citizen 
• The candidate must be a resident of Telangana/Andhra Pradesh

Educational Qualification

• For admission in diploma courses offered through POLYCET, candidates must have passed the SSC (Class 10) or equivalent examination from a recognized board with Mathematics as one of the subjects
• Candidates belonging to NIOS / APOSS / OTHER Examinations should have passed all  the subjects including Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, with a minimum of 35% Marks in each subject.
• Candidates who are appearing for SSC or equivalent examination and whose results are yet to be declared are also eligible to apply.

TS POLYCET 2025 Exam Pattern

TS POLYCET Result 2025

SBTET will release the TS POLYCET Result 2025 at the official website after the conclusion of the exam. It is important to note that two separate ranks will be allotted to the candidates who appeared for TS POLYCET. TS POLYCET Result 2025 Tie-breaking Rule

If one or more candidates manage to get same score in TS POLYCET 2025 exam then the exam conducting body SBTET can use the tie-breaking rule to determine the rank of candidates.

• If the candidate get higher marks in Mathematics then he/she will be ranked higher.
• If the tie still persists, then candidate with higher marks in Physics will be ranked higher.
• If the tie still persists, candidate who is older gets a higher rank.
• If the tie still persists, candidate with higher marks in qualifying exam will get higher rank.

SBTET, Telangana releases the schedule for TS POLYCET counselling at their official website. The admission into various diploma courses through TS POLYCET will be based on Web Counselling wherein the candidates can opt for desired courses in the order of priority. TS POLYCET 2025 Counselling will comprise registration, document verification, fee payments, web options, seat allotment and reporting to the institutes.
