TS POLYCET Counselling 2024 Important Dates: The counselling for the TS POLYCET exam 2024 will be conducted by the State Board Of Technical Education & Training, Hyderabad after the declaration of the TS POLYCET 2024 results. The conducting body will release the schedule for the counselling after the conclusion of the TS POLYCET exam process.

The counselling schedule will be released on the official website of the conducting body tspolycet.nic.in.The complete counselling process will be conducted in online mode. The allotment of seats will be done based on the merit list. TS POLYCET 2024 counselling process and seat allotment will be conducted in three rounds- phase 1, the final phase and a spot round.The counselling and admission to SKLTSHU, PVNRTVU, and PJTSAU will be conducted separately by the universities. TS POLYCET Counselling 2024 Procedure

Candidates participating in the counseling process need to fill in the counseling application form and pay the application fees. The step-by-step guide is given below for the same:

Step 1: Candidates who have been assigned ranks in the TS POLYCET 2024 exam have to register for the online counselling process. To register, candidates have to fill in some basic details in the online form. 

Step 2: As per the slots booked by the candidates, candidates have to visit the helpline centers for document verification. 

Step 3: Candidates have to enter the choice of courses and institutes online.

Step 4: As per the ranks of the candidates in TS POLYCET and the options exercised by them, course and institute will be allotted to them.

Step 5: The candidates who are satisfied with the allotment have to confirm the seats by reporting at the allotted college and paying the requisite fees. 

TS POLYCET 2024 Counselling Seat Allotment

The preliminary allocation of seats is available on the official website. To access the seat allocation order, candidates need to log in with their ROC Form Number, TSPOLYCET Hall Ticket Number, Password, and Date of Birth. Following this, candidates must promptly pay the specified fee mentioned in the provisional allocation order using online payment methods such as Net Banking, Credit Card, or Debit Card within the stipulated timeframe. Subsequently, candidates are required to self-report through the online system on their candidate login portal. Upon receiving the admission number, candidates must confirm the provisionally allotted seat. Following the final phase of counseling, candidates should report to the assigned college and submit a set of photocopies of their certificates along with the original Transfer Certificate (T.C).

Documents to be uploaded during TS POLYCET Counselling 2024

The following documents have to be uploaded by the candidates for the successful completion of the counselling process:

• Memo of Marks of SSC or its equivalent Examination.
• Community Certificate from Revenue Authorities, issued by officers, not below the rank of Mandal Revenue Officer (MRO) in respect of BC, SC and ST candidates.
• Certificate showing the Date of Birth.
• POLYCET Hall ticket and Rank Card.
• Certificate of study for the entire period of education from Class IV to X.
• Caste and category certificates as needed.

TS POLYCET 2024 Counselling: Eligibility for Admission 

Eligibility for admission for TS POLYCET 2024 counselling is as follows:

• The candidate must be an Indian citizen.
• Candidate should belong to the State of Telangana /Andhra Pradesh.
• Candidates should have passed the SSC Examination conducted by the State Board of Secondary Education
• Candidates should have passed all the subjects including Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry, with a minimum of 35% Marks in each subject.
• There is no age restriction for seeking admission into Diploma Courses in Polytechnics.
