TS POLYCET Counselling 2025: The State Board Of Technical Education & Training, Telangana willl conduct the TS POLYCET 2025 counselling in the online mode. Candidates can check dates regarding the TS POLYCET counselling on tgpolycet.nic.in.Only those candidates who have qualified in the exam can register for the counselling process. The counselling process will consists of payment of admission fee, web-option entry, seat allotment and self-reporting.  

Applicants are advised to have the required documents for the TS POLYCET ready before registration. Candidates who have successfully registered for the counselling process can check their seat allotment status by logging into the 'Candidate Portal'. To confirm their admission, candidates can download their seat allotment letter and complete the self reporting process within the stipulated time.

TS POLYCET counselling process and seat allotment will be conducted in two rounds - phase 1 and phase 2. For admission to SKLTSHU, PVNRTVU, and PJTSAU, counselling will be conducted by the universities separately.

TS POLYCET Counselling 2025 Procedure

Candidates participating in the TS POLYCET counseling process need to fill in the counseling application form and pay the application fees. The step-by-step guide is given below for the same:

Step 1: Candidates with a valid TS POLYCET rank have to register for the web counselling process through the official website. To register, they can click on the registration link for TS POLYCET Counselling and fill in the required details. 

Step 2:  Candidates will be required to visit the nearest helpline centers for certificate verification as per the slots selected by the candidates.

Step 3: After the document verification, students can enter their choice of preferred courses and colleges.

Step 4: Seats will be allotted on the basis of the ranks obtained by the candidates, their preferred choices and availability of seats.

Step 5: If satisfied with the seat allotment, candidates can confirm their admission by completing fee payment and reporting to the allotted college.

The results of seat allotment will be provided on the official website after each counselling round. To access the seat allotment letter, candidates need to log in with their credentials such as TS POLYCET Hall Ticket Number and Date of Birth. Following this, candidates must promptly pay the specified fee mentioned in the seat allotment letter using online payment methods within the stipulated timeframe.

Subsequently, candidates are required to self-report through the online system on their candidate login portal. Upon receiving the admission number, candidates must confirm the provisionally allotted seat. Following the final phase of counseling, candidates should report to the assigned college and submit a set of photocopies of their certificates along with the original Transfer Certificate (T.C). The following documents have to be uploaded by the candidates for the successful completion of the counselling process:

• TS POLYCET Hall ticket
• TS POLYCET Rank Card
• Date of Birth certificate
• Memo of Marks of SSC (or its equivalent)
• Community Certificate in respect of BC, SC and ST candidates
• Study certificate from Class IV to X
• Caste/Category certificates (if applicable)

Note: Candidates must carefully check the notification mentioning any other relevant documents needed for the counselling process as specified by the official authorities.

TS POLYCET 2025 Counselling: Eligibility for Admission 

For admission to diploma courses through TS POLYCET counselling, the following eligibility criteria must be fulfilled by the candidates:

• The candidate must be an Indian citizen.
• Candidate must be a resident of the State of Telangana /Andhra Pradesh.
• Candidate must have qualified the SSC (Class X) Examination conducted by the State Board of Secondary Education, Telangana or any other recognised board. 
• Candidates must have passed all the subjects including Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics with at least 35% marks in each subject.
• There is no age restriction for admission through TS POLYCET exam.
