JEECUP Result 2026: Date, Steps to download scorecard & Normalisation of marks

JEECUP Result 2026: The Joint Entrance Examination Council (Polytechnic), Uttar Pradesh, will release the JEECUP results 2026 on the official website. Candidates who will appear for the JEECUP exam can check their results at - jeecup.admissions.nic.in. Candidates will be able to download their JEECUP result in the form of scorecard.

In order to download the JEECUP result, candidates need to log in to the examination portal using their application number & password. After downloading the scorecard, candidates need to check all the details mentioned on it. The scorecard will contain personal details about the candidate, marks scored, rank, qualifying status and other details.

In case of any mistake in the JEECUP result, applicants are advised to contact the exam authorities for corrections. It must be noted that there is a provision for the normalisation of marks in the JEECUP or UPJEE(P) exam. This means that marks scored by the candidate in the entrance exam are normalised using the normalisation procedure. The normalised marks of the candidates are then used to determine the final score and rank of the candidates in the examination. Once the JEECUP results are out, the JEECUP cut off 2026 will also be released by the council.

Candidates who fulfil the cutoff criteria will then be eligible to participate in the JEECUP counselling 2026. Eligible candidates will be allotted different polytechnic colleges/institutions that are located in the state of Uttar Pradesh. JEECUP Result 2026: Normalisation of Marks

Candidates must note that there is a provision for normalisation of marks in the JEECUP 2026 examination. This means that the marks secured by the candidate in the entrance examination are further normalised via the normalisation procedure. Then, the normalised marks are used to ascertain the candidate’s final JEECUP score and rank. Candidates must also note that the JEECUP cutoff and merit list will also be created on the basis of the normalised scores of the candidates.
