CG PET 2024 Counselling: Dates, Seat Allotment, Certificate Verification, Registration, Process

CG PET Counselling 2024  Dates: The dates for the counselling will be released after the CG PET exam 2024 is completed in online mode. Also, the candidates must note that the counselling process will not require the candidate to visit the institute offline as the counselling process is in online mode.

The candidates will be able to do CG PET choice filling in the counselling process and under the candidate’s preference, they will be allotted seats to various colleges across Chhattisgarh in B.E/ B.tech courses. The candidates who have qualified for the JEE Main 2024 exam will also be qualified for the CG PET Counselling 2024 process. 

CG PET Seat Allotment Date 2024

The allotment dates for CGPET 2024 will be released after the release of the CGPET 2024 results which are expected to be released by August 2024. Candidates must regularly check the website for further notification of the CG PET 2024 Allotment dates.

CG PET 2024 Counselling Process

The candidates must be very vigilant regarding the counselling process as it is very important and a bit tricky. They can follow the steps given below to avoid any confusion at the last moment.

Step 1: The candidates must fill out the CG PET registration form for counselling and register themselves for the CG PET counselling process. After this they will receive a unique registration number.

Step 2: Candidates must also fill out counselling form by using their login credentials and fill out the relevant details that are to be filled in the form.

Step 3: Students must also upload the relevant documents such as photo, signature while filling out the CGPET 2024 Counselling form.

Step 4: After filling out the form candidates must pay the CG PET counselling fee that is Rs. 300 through online banking payment.

Step 5: Candidates will be allotted seats after this on the basis of their rank and choice filling in online mode.

Step 6: Once the candidates are allotted seats, it is compulsory to visit the college for the verification and submission of the necessary documents to the college authority.

CG PET 2024: Documents required

The candidates must note the documents that are required by the college administration for the purpose of admission are to be submitted to the official authorities:

• 10th standard mark sheet
• 12th standard mark sheet
• Migration certificate
• CG PET 2024 counselling form with the filled choices
• JEE Main 2024/CG PET 2024 mark sheet
• Domicile certificate
• Category certificate (if applicable)

CG PET Counselling 2024 Spot Round

The counselling for CG PET 2024 will be held in 3 rounds. The first two rounds will be general rounds whereas the third round will be a spot round for the leftover seats in various colleges across the state. The conducting authorities CPEB will release the dates in online mode for the same after the release of the CG PET 2024 result.

After the counselling process is concluded the candidates will be admitted to the various CG PET colleges in the state of Chhatisgarh.
