Assam CEE 2025: Exam Date, Notification, Admit Card, Syllabus, Pattern, Cut Off

Assam CEE 2025: The Assam Science and Technology University (ASTU) is set to conduct the Assam CEE examination on April 27, 2025 for admission to various engineering colleges in Assam. The conducting body had earlier released the Assam CEE notification containing important dates, eligibility criteria, exam pattern, and syllabus which can be accessed through the official website astu.ac.in. 

Only those candidates who have successfully completed their application form will be able to download their Assam CEE admit card 2025 from April 12, 2025 to April 23, 2025. The admit card is an essential document that the candidates must carry in the printed format on the day of the examination.   

Upon the completion of the exam, ASTU will release the Assam CEE result online. The result is released in the form of a rank card containing the candidates' marks and rank. To download the Assam CEE result, candidates can login using their application number and password.

Assam CEE 2025 Application Form

To apply for Assam CEE, eligible candidates can fill out the application form by visiting the official website and entering the necessary details. After the candidates have filled out the Assam CEE application form they are required to pay the application fee of Rs. 1350. The registration for the Assam CEE 2025 commenced on February 5. The application window closed on March 9, 2025. Candidates can follow the steps provided below to register:

Step 1: Visit the official website for Assam CEE 2025 - astu.ac.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on 'CEE 2025 Online Application'. The registration portal will be displayed on the screen.

Step 3: Click on 'Register now'. Provide the necessary details including name, mobile number, email address, and password to register.

Step 4: Your login credentials will be generated and sent to your registered email address. Login using these credentials. The application form will be displayed on the screen

Step 5: Fill the application form carefully and upload the required documents in the specified format. 

Step 6: Pay the requisite fees to submit your application form. 

Step 7: Save the submitted application form to your device for future reference.

Assam CEE 2025 Eligibility Criteria

To apply for Assam CEE 2025, the following eligibility criteria must be fulfilled:

• The candidate must be an Indian citizen.
• The candidate must be a permanent citizen of Assam.
• The candidate must have qualified 10+2 in a single attempt with a minimum of 45% marks ( 40% in case of Reserved category students) (OR) Candidate must have passed a 3 year Diploma degree in Engineering and Technology under State Council for Technical Education, Assam with 45% marks (40% in case of  reserved category).
• The lower age limit to apply for the Assam CEE exam is 17 years while the upper age limit is 21 years.
• General category candidates must have secured a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
• Candidates should have qualified Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English in 10+2.

Assam CEE 2025 Syllabus

The Assam CEE 2025 syllabus will be based on the syllabus of the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) that is class 12th. The candidates will have to prepare various topics from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The Assam CEE syllabus will help the students to understand the pattern of the exam and accordingly formulate strategies and ace the exam.

Assam CEE 2025 Admit Card

The Assam CEE admit card will be released by the exam conducting body on the official website - astu.ac.in. The candidates who have successfully registered for the exam can download the Assam CEE admit card. The Assam CEE admit card contains essential details including the address of exam centre, candidate’s details and important guidelines for the exam day.

Assam CEE 2025 Answer Key

The conducting body releases the Assam CEE answer key after the completion of the exam. The candidates can also raise objections against the Assam CEE answer key within the specified time. It must be noted that the candidates will have to pay Rs 300 per question to submit their challenges. Last year, the answer key was released on the same day of the exam, that is, June 2, 2024. 

Assam CEE 2025 Result

The exam conducting body, ASTU, releases the Assam CEE result online. Candidates can check the scores and rank obtained through the official website - astu.ac.in. The Assam CEE result is declared in online mode and the merit list is created on the basis of the Assam CEE result. Last year, the results were released on June 19, 2024.

Assam CEE 2025 Counselling

The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) announces the Assam CEE counselling dates for all qualified candidates in online mode. During the counselling process, candidates can register and indicate their desired college and course preferences. The Assam CEE seat allocation results will be made available online. The counselling process is expected to commence from July 2025.

Seat allotments will be based on factors such as candidate ranking, preferences, and seat availability. After being allocated a seat, candidates must confirm it by fulfilling the required fee payment and document verification.
