TS ECET 2024 Exam Date: The Admit Card for Telangana State Engineering Common Entrance Test (TS ECET) 2024 has been released.  The TS ECET exam is on May 6, 2024.

The TS ECET is a state-level entrance exam conducted for Diploma holders and B.Sc. Mathematics degree holders to gain lateral entry into B.E./B.Tech./B.Pharm. courses. Osmania University (on behalf of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education) will conduct the TS ECET 2024 exam.

TS ECET 2024 Application Form

During the online application process for TS ECET 2024, candidates are required to pay the fees and fill in the application form by providing personal details, academic qualifications and choose their preferred courses and colleges. Step 2: Click on the “Application Fee Payment” link available on the homepage.

Step 3: Fill in your required credentials and pay the fees. Download the confirmation receipt of the payment.

Step 4: Now, click on the link that says “Fill The Application Form”.

Step 5: Fill out the application form providing required details.

Step 6: Upload your scanned documents as per the specified format.

Step 8: Take a printout of the submitted application for future reference.

TS ECET 2024 Eligibility Criteria

In order to apply for the TS ECET 2024 examination, candidates must fulfil the eligibility requirements mentioned below.

Nationality and Domicile

• Candidate should be an Indian citizen.
• A candidate should belong to the State of Telangana / Andhra Pradesh. The candidates should satisfy local/non-local status requirements as laid down by the state government.

Educational Qualification

• Candidates should possess a Diploma in Engineering and Technology/Pharmacy from the State Board of Technical Education of Telangana/Andhra Pradesh (or its equivalent) for admission into the relevant BE / BTech/ BPharmacy Courses.

(OR)

• Candidates should have a 3-year BSc Degree with Mathematics as one of the subjects in the group combination from a recognized University in Telangana/Andhra Pradesh or its equivalent for entry into relevant courses.
• Candidates who are pursuing a Diploma course under the sandwich pattern are eligible for entry into the relevant BE/BTech/BPharmacy courses provided they have completed the practical training for the sandwich course before the close of counselling for entry into the relevant course.
• Candidates should have passed a Diploma in Engineering and Technology / Pharmacy/ BSc (Mathematics) Degree with at least 45% marks (40% in case of Reserved category candidates) for entry into relevant courses.

TS ECET Admit Card 2024

Registered candidates can download the TS ECET Hall Ticket 2024 from the official website from May 1, 2024. The TS ECET admit card is an important document that the candidates must carry on the day of examination. Without the admit card, the candidates will not be permitted to enter the exam hall. Candidates must also carry a valid photo identity proof (Aadhaar card/PAN Card/Passport/Voter ID) in addition to the TS ECET 2024 hall ticket.

The official authorities will release the TS ECET 2024 Result at the official website tentatively by the last week of May 2024. TS ECET 2024 Cutoff

The TS ECET cutoff will be published on the official website after the declaration of the results. All the candidates seeking admission through the TS ECET 2024 are required to secure the minimum qualifying marks, that is, a minimum aggregate of 25% marks (50 marks out of 200) in the four subjects.
