TS ECET Counselling 2025: Registration Date, Process, Seat Allotment, Certificate Verification

TS ECET Counselling 2025: The Telangana State Council of Higher Education will publish the TS ECET Counselling date 2025 at tgecet.nic.in. Students who pass the TS ECET 2025 exam have to appear for the counselling session for final admission to their preferred course and college. Aspirants must note that they will be allotted college and course based on the rank obtained by them in the TS ECET exam. The TS ECET 2025 counselling date is June/July 2025. There will be two rounds of TS ECET Counselling. If the seat is not allotted in the first phase, candidates can participate in the second phase of counselling.

The TS ECET seat allotment result is released after each phase of counselling. Candidates who are allotted seats have to complete the self-reporting process within the time given by the conducting body.

Candidates who have qualified in the Telangana State Engineering Common Entrance Test or TS ECET 2025 are eligible to participate in the counselling process to secure lateral entry into B.E./B.Tech./B.Pharm. courses. The counselling process consists of online filling of application form, selection of preferred colleges, certificate verification and payment of fees.

TS ECET Seat Allotment Date 2025

The seat allotment results for TS ECET counselling 2025 Phase 1 will be released by Osmania University. Candidates can view their allotment status by logging in with their credentials.  The TS ECET seat allotment is released at tgecet.nic.in for registered candidates.

TS ECET Counselling Process

The online counselling for TS ECET 2025 will be conducted by Osmania University through its official website. Eligible candidates with a valid rank in TS ECET 2025 can participate in the TS ECET counselling process which involves the following steps: 

• TS ECET Counselling Fee Payment: Visit the official website and click on the Pay Processing Fee link. Enter your credentials and pay the processing fee.
• Slot Booking for Verification of documents: Go to the official website and click on the ‘Slot booking’ button. Login using your credentials and select suitable slots for document verification.
• Certificate verification: Once the slots are booked, candidates are required to report to the helpline centre on the date and time selected by the candidate.
• Registration for option Entry process: Candidates must login into the ‘Candidate login’ portal and register themselves using necessary details such as hall ticket number, registration number, rank and date of birth.
• Select the colleges as per the preference: After registering for the option entry process, candidates must login into the official web portal. Click on the ‘Option Entry’ button. Candidates must select colleges and courses as per their preference.
• Seat Allotment: Candidates will be able to check their seat allotment result on the official web portal by logging in through their credentials. Candidates are advised to download the seat allotment letter for future use.

TS ECET Counselling 2025: Documents Required

TS ECET counselling process entails certificate verification at the nearest helpline centre. Candidates participating in TS ECET Counselling 2025 need to ensure they have the following documents for verification:

• TS ECET hall ticket
• TS ECET rank card 
• SSC (Class 10th) or its equivalent marksheet
• Diploma or degree marksheet
• Diploma or degree certificate
• Aadhaar card
• Caste certificate (if applicable)
• Transfer certificate
• Income certificate (if applicable)
• Other documents as specified by the official authorities
