MET 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Aspirants must go through the eligibility list below before filling the application form for B.Tech and M.Tech courses.
BTech:
- Candidates must pass the 10+2 level or its equivalent from a recognised board with a minimum of 50% marks.
- They should have passed English, Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects in their qualifying exam.
MTech:
- Candidates must hold a graduate degree in BTech/B.E. or AMIE from any recognised university or institute with aggregate marks of at least 50%.
MET 2025 Registration
The MET Registration 2025 will start in October, allowing aspirants to appear for the MET Exam. The registration process is done through the Online Test Booking System (OTBS). To register for the MET 2025, candidates must follow the steps below:
- Visit the official MAHE website, manipal.edu and find the MET 2025 Registration Form.
- Enter your personal details like Email Address and Phone number.
- Select Program, Stream and Course.
- After entering all the details, candidates must click on ‘Register & Continue’.
- If the registration is successful, aspirants will receive their login ID and password on their registered email and mobile number.
- Login with the new Login ID and password and fill your personal details, contact information, parents’ details, education qualification and your scanned photograph and signature.
- Choose your preferred course and submit.
- Pay the application fee via any online payment mode.

The marking scheme allows candidates to score 4 marks for every correct answer, deducts 1 for every wrong answer and gives 0 for every unanswered question in MCQs. For NAT, 4 marks are awarded for each correct answer and 0 is given for each wrong answer or unanswered question.

MET Result 2025
Since the MET 2025 is conducted in two phases, the results are released separately as well. Candidates can check their MET Result 2025 on the official website—manipal.edu. Those who appeared for the Phase I attempt can expect their results a few weeks after the exam, in April 2025.
