The notification contains the latest syllabus of the entrance examination. The questions in the AEEE exam are asked from four sections, namely, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English. It is based on the Class 11 and 12 curriculum. Candidates applying for the examination can check the syllabus for each of the subjects in detail from the official AEEE notification.
Amrita Engineering Entrance Examination (AEEE) is an entrance examination conducted by Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham for admission to the B.Tech courses offered across its various campuses. There are 7 engineering campuses under Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, offering B.Tech programmes. They are in the cities of Amravati, Amritapuri, Bengaluru, Chennai, Coimbatore, Faridabad and Nagercoil.
The AEEE examination has 100 questions to be attempted within 150 minutes or 2.5 hours. There are 40 questions from Mathematics, 30 from Physics, 25 from Chemistry and the rest 5 from English. Each correct answer is of 3 marks and 1 negative mark for the wrong answers. The exam will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode at various centres in selected cities.

The syllabus for the AEEE has three major subjects - Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. A few questions in the examination are also to assess candidates' knowledge in English language. Aspirants must start their preparation with the Class 11 and 12 NCERT Textbooks.
In Physics, the exam covers topics such as Mechanics, Electrodynamics, Optics, Thermodynamics, and Modern Physics. For Chemistry, main topics are Organic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, and Chemical Bonding. Mathematics sections include Algebra, Calculus, Coordinate Geometry, Trigonometry, and Probability. Candidates are expected to cover all the topics comprehensively for the examination.
