SOA Admission 2024: SOA University provides a varied range of courses in multiple disciplines. From basic UG and PG courses to diploma and certificate programs and PhD level courses are all offered at SOA.

Admission to SOA for almost all the courses is based on university-level exams i.e., SAAT (Siksha O Anusandhan Admission Test). 

Moreover, the university accepts the scores of relevant national-level qualifying exams as per the requirements for the chosen course, such as CAT, MAT, CLAT, GATE, JEE, NEET, and others.

Interested students must fulfill the basic eligibility criteria for admission to any of the courses before any entrance.

For UG courses, students must have completed their 12th with at least 50% marks in aggregate in the relevant discipline. While for PG courses candidates must be a graduate with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in relevant subjects. However, the final selection will be based on the scores of required qualifying exams. 

Some of the SOA courses are B.Sc, BBA, BA, M.Sc, M.A, M.Tech, MCA. While B.Tech, MTech, and BDS are some of the flagship courses.

SAAT Phase 1 registration for various courses is ongoing, interested candidates can apply via the official website while the SAAT exam's expected date is April 30, 2024.

SOA UG Admission: Eligibility Criteria

Aspiring candidates can check the basic eligibility criteria for admission to various UG courses offered at SOA University.

• For admission to BDS

Interested students must have passed 12th with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate from any recognised university.

• For admission to B.Sc

Interested candidates must have completed their Class 12 in PCB/M (Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Mathematics) subjects. 

• For admission to BBA

Interested candidates must have completed their 12th in any discipline with a minimum of 50 % marks in aggregate.

• For admission to BCA

Aspiring candidate must have completed their 12th standard with at least 50% marks from a recognized board, criteria can vary as per the specification chosen

• For admission to B Pharma

Interested candidates must have passed 10+2 with biology or a comparable subject with a minimum 45% in aggregate.

SOA UG Admission 2024: Selection Criteria 

The primary factor used in the final selection process is the scores of the university-level SAAT exam. However, scores from several national exams, including NEET and JEE, are also taken into account.

SOA PG Admission: Eligibility Criteria 

Aspiring candidates can check the basic eligibility criteria for admission to various UG courses offered at SOA University.

• For admission to MDS

Interested candidates must have passed BDS from a dental college recognized by the Dental Council of India

• For admission to M.Sc

Interested candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Science from a recognized college/university with a minimum of 50 – 60% marks. Criteria can vary as per the specialization in terms of compulsory studied subjects. 

• For admission to MCA

Aspiring Applicants must have completed their  BE/BTech degree. Students are required to appear in GATE exams to become eligible for MTech.

• For Admission to LLM

Students must have completed either a 3-year LLB degree or a BA LLB /BSc LLB /BBA LLB degree of 5 years with 50-60% aggregate marks

• For admission to MPharma

Interested candidates should hold a degree in (B. Pharm) or an equivalent degree from a recognized institution. 

Criteria can vary as per the specialization in terms of compulsory subjects

SOA PG Admission 2024: Selection Criteria 

Admission to the mentioned Postgraduate programs is based on the university-level entrance exam i.e. SAAT for almost every course, along with considering the scores of relevant national-level entrance exams like CLAT, CAT/MAT/XAT, JEE Main, GATE, NEET and others as per required for the chosen course.

SOA BTech Admission 2024

Eligibility Criteria - Interested students must obtain a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

The required subjects are mathematics and physics, whereas the electives are biology, chemistry, biotechnology, and any technical vocational subject

Selection Criteria - Scores of university-level exams - SAAT or JEE Main is mandatory.

SOA MBA Admission 2024

Eligibility Criteria - Interested students must have a graduate degree in any discipline, with at least 50% marks in aggregate, from a recognized university. 

Criteria can vary as per the specialization in terms of compulsory subjects.

Selection Criteria - Scores of university level exam - SAAT and scores of CAT/MAT/XAT will be considered as well.

SOA LLB Admission 2024

Eligibility Criteria -  Interested students must have completed their 12th with at least 45% marks in aggregate.

Selection Criteria - Interested candidates have to appear for SAAT, in addition to that scores of CLAT will also be considered.

SOA MBBS Admission 2024

Eligibility Criteria -  Interested students must have completed their 12th with at least 45% marks in aggregate.

Selection Criteria - Interested candidates have to appear for SAAT, in addition to that scores of NEET will also be considered.

SOA  PhD Admission 2024

Eligibility Criteria -  Interested candidates must hold a master's degree from any discipline with 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent.

For different specializations, students must have studied the relevant subjects in their post-graduation.

Selection Criteria - Final selection includes - 

Candidates who fulfill the requirements will be called to take the online entrance exam.

• Applicants will be contacted for a personal interview if they secure  50% or higher on the entrance exam.
• The final decision will be made based on the combined score obtained from the admission exam, which will be weighted 70%, and the performance during the in-person interview, which will be weighted 30%. 
• Only those candidates who are excused from taking the written exam will be contacted for in-person interviews.
