SOA University, now known as Siksha 'O' Anusandhan (Deemed to be University), was established in 1996 and has since evolved into a multidisciplinary institution offering a wide range of undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs in various disciplines including Engineering, Medicine, Dental Sciences, Business, Law, and more. The university is known for its emphasis on research, innovation, and academic excellence.

The university has gained recognition from reputable accreditation bodies and regulatory authorities. It has been accredited with an 'A++' grade by NAAC. According to the MHRD NIRF India Rankings 2023, the institution has ranked 15th position in the University Category, 27th position in the Engineering Category, 16th position in the Medical Category, 9th position in the Dental Category, 8th position in the Law Category, 49th position in the Research Category at 57th position in the Management Category. The institute has also been granted Category-I Graded Autonomy Status by UGC, Govt. of India.

Admission to SOA for various UG and PG courses is mainly based on the university's entrance exam named SAAT (Siksha O Anusandhan Admission Test) while scores of a few relevant national-level exams such as CAT, GATE, CLAT, JEE, and others.

SOA Admission 2024

SOA admission to undergraduate and postgraduate programs along with Diploma and certificate courses based on university-level entrance examination and on a merit basis for a few courses. Interested students can check the course-wise specializations for SOAadmission in the table below:
