DTU Admission 2024: Courses, Fees, Eligibility, Selection Criteria

Delhi Technological University is a reputed state university located in Delhi that has a multi-disciplinary course curriculum that promotes quality education in the fields of Tech, management, research, and entrepreneurship. The university also has a good focus on the art, and architecture field at both UG and PG levels. 

There are a total of 15 UG, 30 PG, and Ph.D. courses offered at DTU in various domains including, engineering, management, entrepreneurship, architecture, and art. Admission to many of its courses is based on the scores of the entrance exam. The university accepts several national-level entrance exam scores which include, JEE main and GATE for tech and design courses, CUET-PG for M.A. courses, CAT/MAT for MBA courses, and NET/CSIR, etc for Ph.D. courses. Admission to courses like BBA and economics is merit-based. 

DTU BTech Admission 2024 

DTU offers a BTech program with a modern and newly updated curriculum along with many specializations like AI, Data Science, automobile, CSE, ECE, etc. 

BTech is the flagship course of the university, to secure admission to the Btech program of DTU, candidates must fulfill the following criteria:

• Qualify 10+2 from the science stream with a minimum of 50% marks.
• Admission to the program will be given based on the scores obtained in the JEE Main exam. 
• The counselling session will be conducted by JAC which will allot seats as per the ranking and the availability of seats. 
• the fee for the BTech program at DTU is INR 6,42,300 in total.

DTU MBA Admission 2024 

The MBA degree program offered by DTU offers various specializations to the students. The specializations include business analytics, family business and entrepreneurship, and innovation, entrepreneurship, and venture development. To secure admission to the MBA program of DTU, candidates must fulfill the following:

• Must complete graduation with a minimum of 50% marks.
• Admission to the program will be given based on the scores obtained in the CAT or MAT exam. 
• For an executive MBA, candidates must have a minimum of 3-4 years of working experience, post that personal interview will also be conducted.
• the fee for the MBA program at DTU is INR 2,94,300 in total.

DTU Ph.D. Admission 2024 

The Ph.D.  degree program offered by DTU offers various specializations to the students. The specializations include economics, English, design, and management, economics, etc. To secure admission to the Ph.D. program of DTU, candidates must fulfill the following:

• Must complete postgraduation in the relevant specialization with a minimum of 50% marks.
• Admission to the program will be given based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam conducted by the university
• Candidates who have a fellowship in UGC/CSIR/DST/DBT/ICMR/IARI-JRF need not appear for the entrance.
• The fee for the MBA program at DTU is 24,000 INR in total.
