CEED Application Form 2026: Date, Steps to Apply, Application Fee & Documents Required

IIT Bombay will start the registration process for the Common Entrance Examination for Design (CEED) on October 1, 2025 at 5 PM. The CEED 2026 Application Form will be released alongside the official notification, in online mode. CEED Exam 2026 is a gateway for candidates aspiring to pursue postgraduate or doctoral programs in design from top Indian institutions, such as IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Jodhpur, and other renowned universities.

The entire registration process will be conducted online through the official CEED website, ceed.iitb.ac.in. CEED Registration 2026: Date 

IIT Bombay is expected to announce the CEED 2026 Registration Schedule along with the release of the official notification. While no official announcements have been made yet regarding the CEED 2026 Application Form, candidates can check the tentative dates based on previous years' trends here.

CEED Application Form 2026: Steps to Apply 

The CEED Application Form 2026 will be available online on ceed.iitb.ac.in. Candidates are advised to go through the CEED eligibility criteria carefully before applying. Interested candidates can check the steps to apply here. 

• Visit ceed.iitb.ac.in and register by entering one's email ID, name, date of birth, gender, address, and mobile number. Also, create a password for the newly created applicant account.

• After successful registration, candidates will be redirected to an 'Eligibility Check for CEED 2026' window. They must enter details about their qualifying exam, passing year and mobile number at the log-in window. 
• On successful verification, the candidate can move to the next step of the CEED 2023 application process. Fill in the personal, correspondence, and educational qualifications here.  
• Candidates must also select three exam centres in the order of priority and preference. 
• Next, upload scanned copies of their photograph, signature, educational, and category certificates (if applicable).
• To complete the application process, one has to pay the registration fee.

• Candidates can download the submitted application for future reference. 

CEED Application Form 2026: Registration Fee

The CEED Application Fee 2026 is non refundable and compulsory to be paid. Candidates can pay the fee online through Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking. It varies depending upon the category of the applicant. For submitting the application late, all candidates must pay a late fee of Rs. 500.
