UCEED Answer Key 2027: Check Release Date, Steps to Download Answer Key and Raise Objections

UCEED 2027 Answer Key: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay will most likely release the UCEED 2027 final answer key and question paper for Part A in January 2027 on its official website - uceed.iitb.ac.in. IIT Bombay will also release the UCEED 2027 draft answer key and question paper for Part A in January 2027. The registered candidates can make comments against the draft answer key through the candidate portal. Applicants will be allowed to raise objections against the draft answer key till January 2027. Any comments made by candidates against the draft answer key through email will not be entertained by the examination body.

The Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design (UCEED) is an entrance test conducted by IIT Bombay for admission to the undergraduate programme in design in the participating institutes. The main institutes offering a Bachelor’s Degree in design are IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Hyderabad, IIT Roorkee and IIITDM Jabalpur.

The UCEED 2027 examination will be conducted on January 17, 2027. The examination will be conducted for a duration of three hours, carrying a total of 300 marks. It has two parts: Part A and Part B. Part A contains multiple-choice-type questions and Part B is a Drawing and Design Aptitude Test. Candidates can raise objections, if any, soon after the release of the draft answer key. The final answer key will be available on the official website. The UCEED result 2027 is expected to be released in March 2027.

UCEED Answer Key 2027: How to check?

Candidates who appeared for the UCEED 2027 can check their final answer key and question paper for the Part A of the examination only at uceed.iitb.ac.in. The steps below show the procedure to check the UCEED answer key 2026. 

Step 1: Go to the official website of the UCEED 2027 i.e., uceed.iitb.ac.in.

Step 2: In the announcement section of the website, click on the link for UCEED draft answer key 2027

Step 3: The answer key will appear on the screen in a pdf format.

Step 4 : Download the draft answer key and save it for future reference.

Candidates can download their response sheet using their login credentials from the candidate portal and match their response with the draft answer key. 

UCEED Answer Key 2027: How to raise objections?

Candidates had an opportunity to raise any objection or comment on any answer provided in the UCEED 2027 draft answer key. The portal for the same was open till January 2027. The steps for raising objections are listed below.

• Visit the official website of UCEED 2027.
• Open to the candidate portal using your login credentials.
• Click on the tab for the raising objection.
• Select the correct question number from the dropdown menu. The candidates are advised to use the Master Question Paper uploaded on the official UCEED website as a reference to upload their comments/queries.
• Support your objection with some comment or evidence in the box provided for the same. Candidates can also upload a file or document to support their objections.
• Submit your responses within the two days after the release of the draft answer key.
• The exam conducting body will not accept objections, comments or queries via mail or any other mode of communication. 

UCEED Answer Key 2027: Result

The UCEED Result 2026 will be released on March 6, 2026. The final answer key for Part A of the examination is officially out on January 28, 2026. Now that the final answer key has been released, IIT Bombay will release the UCEED 2026 cut-off on February 5, 2026. Candidates who qualify the UCEED 2026 examination will be eligible for Bachelor’s degree in Design (B.Des.) at the participating institutes.
