UCEED Answer Key (OUT) 2026: Check Release Date, Steps to Download Answer Key and Raise Objections

UCEED 2026 Answer Key: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay had released the UCEED 2026 final answer key and question paper for Part-A on January 28, 2026 on its official website - uceed.iitb.ac.in. IIT Bombay had released the UCEED 2026 draft answer key and question paper for Part A on January 19, 2026. The registered candidates could make comments against the draft answer key through the candidate portal. Applicants could raise objections against the draft answer key till January 22, 2026 upto 5:00 PM. Any comments made by candidate against the draft answer key through email were not entertained by the examination body.

The Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design (UCEED) is an entrance test conducted by IIT Bombay for admission to the undergraduate programme in design in the participating institutes. The main institutes offering Bachelor’s Degree in design are IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Hyderabad, IIT Roorkee and IIITDM Jabalpur.

The UCEED 2026 examination was conducted on January 18, 2026. The examination was for a duration of three hours carrying a total of 300 marks. It has two parts Part A and Part B. Part A contains multiple choice type questions and Part B is a Drawing and Design Aptitude Test. Candidates can raise objections, if any, soon after the release of the draft answer key. The final answer key will be out on the official website. The UCEED result 2026 is expected to be released in March 2026. 

UCEED Answer Key 2026

The UCEED 2026 final answer key and question paper for Part-A is officially released by IIT Bombay on January 28, 2026 on the official website. Candidates can now check and download their UCEED final answer key 2026. UCEED 2026 Draft Answer Key was released on the official website of the UCEED on January 19, 2026. Candidates were able to check the draft answer key and their response sheet from the UCEED 2026 website. . The answer key for the Part B of the examination is not provided as it is subjective.

Candidates who have any objection or comments regarding the draft answer key could submit their objections or comments till Janaury 22, 2026 by 5:00 PM. Final answer key for the UCEED Part A has been released on January 28, 2026. Further, IIT Bombay will also notify about the dates for announcement for the cut off marks for the Part A of the UCEED examination.

UCEED Answer Key 2026: How to check?

Candidates who appeared for the UCEED 2026 can check their final answer key and question paper for the Part A of the examination only at uceed.iitb.ac.in. The steps below show the procedure to check the UCEED answer key 2026. 

Step 1: Go to the official website of the UCEED 2026 i.e., uceed.iitb.ac.in.

Step 2: In the announcement section of the website, click on the link for UCEED draft answer key 2026.

Step 3: The answer key will appear on the screen in a pdf format.

Step 4 : Download the draft answer key and save it for future reference.

Candidates can download their response sheet using their login credentials from the candidate portal and match their response with the draft answer key. 

UCEED Answer Key 2026: How to raise objections?

Candidates had an opportunity to raise any objection or comment on any answer provided in the UCEED 2026 draft answer key. The portal for the same was open till January 22, 2026. The steps for raising objections are listed below.

• Visit the official website of UCEED 2026.
• Open to the candidate portal using your login credentials.
• Click on the tab for the raising objection.
• Select the correct question number from the dropdown menu. The candidates are advised to use the Master Question Paper uploaded on the official UCEED website as a reference to upload their comments/queries.
• Support your objection with some comment or evidence in the box provided for the same. Candidates can also upload a file or document to support their objections.
• Submit your responses within the two days after the release of the draft answer key.
• The exam conducting body will not accept objections, comments or queries via mail or any other mode of communication. 

UCEED Answer Key 2026: Result

The UCEED Result 2026 will be released on March 6, 2026. The final answer key for Part A of the examination is officially out on January 28, 2026. Now that the final answer key has been released, IIT Bombay will release the UCEED 2026 cut-off on February 5, 2026. Candidates who qualify the UCEED 2026 examination will be eligible for Bachelor’s degree in Design (B.Des.) at the participating institutes.
